Office Specialties Ltd is a family run business, we have been cutting and supplying keys for over 40 years and have built up a vast knowledge in specialised key cutting and locks. Our customers range from private customers who simply require spare keys for desks or cabinets to worldwide facilities management companies managing large corporate sites throughout the country, often with complex security needs. If we can't cut a key we will do our utmost to source it for you. We are also the prime supplier for recycled office furniture manufacturers and suppliers, major financial institutions in the UK, government bodies, schools, hospitals and other locksmiths.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

A very efficient and helpful company, we ordered a garage door key from them. Their customer service was excellent - quick and very helpful replies. Would highly recommend this company.

Absolutely superb customer service

Absolutely superb customer service and the initial order was amazingly quick as well.
We have used this postal service for over 9 keys now and each time the service was quick and efficient with keys being sent within 2 days.
On the only issue I had with 1 key the response was prompt and they kept in communication with me to let me know what was happening.
Definitely recommended. 5 Star.

Excellent customer service

Excellent customer service - lock identification assistance by email/photo with very prompt responses. Keyed alike and duplicate keys all ordered online, order despatched and arrived tracked exactly on time.

Thank you for the keys

Thank you for the keys. So glad I could find them as these were replacements for the lost old style of “metal” double glazed windows.
Fast service and excellent value for money.

Great customer service

I ordered 2 sets of keys, both sets came really quickly. The first set worked perfectly, the second set wouldn't fit in the lock. I received prompt and friendly responses until the issue was resolved.
