My package came on time and was very impressed with the quality of the product! Highly recommended.

I would give negative stars if I could. I never got my product & Otarius said to file with USPS. I tried to file with USPS & they said I couldn't file a claim for the missing package bc Otarius didn't but insurance on the package. Otarius refused to refund my money so I filed a dispute w my bank. Chico at Otarius then emaled me to tell me they were going to lie to my bank & tell them that Otarius had never heard anything from me regarding a missing package & they were going to press charges on me if I didn't return the item I never received.

this company does not even deserve 1 star. the camera i ordered was unfortunately not exactly what i need, unopened and still in package wanted to return an get the more expensive one i need. BUT NOOOO the bloodsuckers want to charge 30% return fee plus pay out of my pocket to united states when it was 100% guaranteed

I bought the USB charger spy cam. It is very obvious that it has a camera from the front and the back. The picture on the website is not what it looks like. The unit requires an SD card, which the website does not tell you and it does not come with the unit. The SD card is plugged into the back, again, very obvious. The directions are unclear, you will have to contact them to get it working. I have filed a fraud complaint with my bank. They are NOT 100% satisfaction guaranteed. They don't even guarantee a refund if you mail it back!! DO NOT BUY!!!!
