Amazing customer service. I ordered too many products by mistake and the team were fantastic. Also the products came super quick and everything has been great! Would recommend.

I'm in hospitality for 20 years.
Since 2014 I'm on positions where I decide where to do shopping for the hotels.
I have worked in about 7 different places during my career so far.
I always buy from bloody Out of Eden. Always.
Sometimes I see similar items elsewhere, but I always buy from Out of Eden.
They're just good.

And I love their notepads. Yes, they made me their loyal customer not only with the quality of service in general, but with those notepads too!!!
I'm angry on myself but highly addicted at the same time.
I'll be back for more soon.

After sharing my initial disappointment about the scentless Odyssey shower gel, I was pleasantly surprised by the excellent customer service. Chloe, who was delightful to speak with, is handling the issue by arranging for a replacement. What impresses me the most is their commitment to quality, as they plan to test and examine the returned product. They offered me a refund, store credit, or a replacement, and I went with the replacement since I've been thrilled with all my other purchases. They've even organized the product pickup, making the process hassle-free for me. Kudos to Chloe for the amazing support!

Stopped at a hotel recently and really liked the products provided. Thought I would chance my arm and see if they sold to the public and not just business - which they do. Ordered some products on Wednesday afternoon, received confirmation emails ( just the right amount ) and then delivered first thing Friday morning. I was really impressed, very happy and will purchase again.

I came across Out Of Eden by chance. I was staying at a glamping site and the pillows were the most wonderful I've ever slept on. I looked at the label and found the Out Of Eden branding and also handily the specific name of the pillow itself.
I ordered myself one as soon as I got home and have been sleeping blissfully ever since!
I also ordered the upgraded luxury pillow and meant to order the pillow protectors as well but I mistakenly purchased two pillows.
I emailed customer service to request a return of the extra and within a few hours a lovely person called Becky Woodward replied - she provided exceptional service.
I think I'll be buying my next mattresses from this company as well considering the glowing reviews of their customers!

I came across Out Of Eden from a google search. As head of housekeeping in a guesthouse/pub, I was looking for quality products and competitive prices. I put an order in for samples which arrived promptly, this lead for me to put two orders in, I am delighted with all of their quality products and I quite like the “clearance” section! With hospitality struggling with rising costs, I find this company very affordable and I look forward to carrying on using the supplier well into the foreseeable future. Exceptional customer service! I purchased some lovely, high-quality pillows and cases, but upon arrival, I realized they were too large for our needs—my mistake. I contacted their team, and they promptly and courteously arranged for a return. I’m thoroughly impressed and will definitely shop with them again.

I was asked to leave a review of some Black Pepper and Sandalwood shower gel we bought, we weren't very happy with the smell as it want very 'peppery'

I recently posted a 1 star negative review about the odyssey shower gel with no smell. After talking with Chloe (who was lovely) They are sorting this out with a replacement. The thing I like most about this is that they want the old one back to test and to check it. I had the option of refund/credit/or replacement, I chose replacement as all the other stuff I have ordered I have loved. They have arranged pick up so no inconvenience to the customer. This is a good company to deal with .We get through a lot of promotional chocolate and I asked if we could have a sample to try. Some companys will do this. I got a couple of sample bars in the following week (Thanks Michelle) which our chief chocolate tester my wife, said is fine. Hence I have just ordered a box of 400 and will be back for more. I am a small business which treats it customers as we would like to be treated. it is nice to find another company who works the same way.

I ordered online and made a mistake with one of the items. The staff on the web chat sorted it out quickly and with no additional cost. I have not experienced such a good and prompt service with any online store in recent years. I highly recommend their service, also I found their products are very good quality and price. I wish there are more UK online stores like them.

The 97ml little bottles of Delamere Dairy semi skimmed milk we recently purchased from here are fab, the guests love them, just enough for a couple of nights stay in our B & B
