The moment you cancel their Subscription you can't use it anymore although you paid till the end of the Month.
So they'll charge you money and refuse their service.
Edit: After 5 Months they generously refunded the charged amount.

If I can give these people No stars or -0 I would these people has the worse of the worst ever customer service these people were charging me for two accounts simultaneously I came across having to report them to my bank and claiming the charges because they do nothing about it I wish they can read this and fix it pay somebody to be on the phone Trust me it’s worth it for your customers I think your products are good but I had to cancel them because of the issue of you guys charging me simultaneously You guys are horrible with your customer service I recommend everybody not to use theseCompany they are bad

Horrific customer experience.
Placed an order for a desk 4 months ago and still hasn't arrived. Customer service takes forever to respond and doesn't offer refunds.
Definitely will never be ordering again.
They will not let me cancel my arcade subscription.
The option is literally greyed out and it will not let me cancel even after answering all the questions. I cant quite believe this but this is blind robbery and is illegal.
Output were simultaneously charging me for three Arcade accounts. I laid it all out for them, showed bank records and invoice numbers, but they basically ignored me and said it was a bank issue.
I never even used Arcade, and admit I certainly should have noticed earlier, but when they were emailing, claimed "I used it heavily" - not sure why they said that.
These guys aren't your regular medium-large audio production company (ie. Waves, Soundtoys) who have a fair mindset, these guys are ruthless - must be their internal management culture, reading these reviews I'm clearly not the only person to have had an experience like this. Be interesting to see if they ever change for the better, or people work out they are not ethical.
I have a couple of their plugins (Signal & Exhale) which I use with Reason 11 and the quality of the voices are great. Integration isn't 100% yet but you can still get some amazing results and lets face it this is not aimed at total novices so you would expect some compromises. I don't subscribe to any of the monthly services anymore but didn't have an issue with them when I did.
At the time of purchase I was ok financially to purchase the platform desk with Output. Something came up and I simply needed to cancel the order. I submitted a ticket and they did not respond to my cancellation/refund request within 24 hours. I'm beyond seasoned in customer service and as a business, if you can't provide a response within 24 hours there is a huge red flag with the whole operation. Especially a purchase close to $1000. After reading the current reviews, I've completely lost trust in this company and have filed a dispute with paypal. I researched back in early June before even buying and didn't see anything negative. These bad reviews have recently surfaced, I would have never even made the purchase at all. Its a shame because I was planning to buy the desk again in the future once finances were back in order. Guess i'll just build it myself for a fraction of the cost and hassle...
The most unsatisfactory customer service I have ever experienced. Still waiting for my order after contacting the delivery team only to be advised my order had been cancelled. Numerous emails unanswered even though promise to respond with five days. Umpteen times I have tried the customer service line and managed to get through two weeks ago. Told my order would be here by today. Still waiting. Did manage to spk with an adviser but unfortunately due to language difficulties I could not understand her and asked for an email advising me of why I have not received my order or an update. No email sent as yet. So very very frustrated. Contemplating legal letter.
Contacted them a week ago about changing my shipping address for the desk. No Response. They have all the time in the world to blow you up with spam about their VST packages but not enough to respond to someone who has already paid over 1200 for a desk and a sidecar. Has anyone been waiting longer than 16 weeks for their desk? Contemplating cancelling and going with something else...
Ordered a desk not realizing it was going to take 14-16 weeks tried contacting them and they have been unresponsive, but they already took my money and it still says processing on their site. I have questions and they are yet to respond now im out of $900 and im moving next month so its unlikely ill get my desk
***Update 2020/06/02 - I did get a refund from Output regarding this issue so I have amended my rating. Great product but again be aware that if you purchase then the onus is on you to know when it expires.***
Be aware that when you purchase a monthly subscription for Arcade and cancel before it expires that your access is immediately revoked. You do not get any credit back. I contacted technical support and they said "Due to Arcade being a digital product, we do have to revoke access as soon as a subscription is expired or invalid. If you wish to cancel Arcade before the next monthly charge, please cancel your account near the end of your next billing date.". Now this is either lazy or deceptive because it isn't that difficult to verify your account against the expiration date of said account. They said they would issue me a credit if I re-subscribed for another month subscription, I still had 3 weeks on my subscription I just canceled for financial reasons so this had zero appeal to me. I love the product and would love to use it but this has soured me on it.
It is now 14 weeks since i purchased my Output Platform and still nothing even though they wrote that delivery would only take 1-2 weeks. I've tried to contact their support team several times. Sometimes you get no answer, other times they say that my product will be shipped very soon. If i knew this from the beginning, i would have found another solution for a studio desk. Another thing is that they charge 165 EURO (182 USD) for delivery. This is ridiculous.
I really think Output makes outstanding products, both the software plugins and the Platform desk. However, the customer support is ridiculous! Like so many others I was promised to get my desk over a month ago, and still haven't heard a thing - except when I sent a complaint and received an mail from "Tim" stating that the desk would be shipping early Dec. However I still haven't heard anything, and they are still saying on the website that shipping time is 4-5 weeks. Liars!! Anyone in Output reading this, please take action to improve the situation, it is truly frustrating and we all deserve better.
I ordered a desk months ago and still haven't received it , they have a google number and never respond to emails . WARNING, This company is fraud , DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM
However, I got a refund fairly fast, after 10 mins of contacting them. Just some flaw on the system I guess but seems little shady.
I own every Output product and am very pleased with the quality and depth they put out in a product. From my first product Signal to my most recent Analog Brass, they never cease to amaze me! Truly unique and very deep functionality possibilities with a sound and ease of use that is incomparable. If you want to play with cutting-edge instruments and look cool doing it...Try any of the Output products!
