We’re on a mission to fix the broken coffee industry. Due to the traditional complex supply chain, many farmers live in poverty while others profit on the erratic commodity market.
We go straight to some of the world’s best coffee farmers and put out unnecessary middlemen. So we can give those that make the coffee a price that’s truly fair. In 2022, it was, on average, 76% above the Fairtrade base price.
We can avoid the commodity market because all of this coffee is speciality-grade (the very best). Once it’s in the UK, it’s roasted fresh in Surrey just before it’s delivered to you. Because nothing beats freshly roasted coffee.
How does it work?You can buy on a one-off basis from our online store or subscribe & save. Our subscriptions are as flexible as it gets – you can skip, cancel, pause or reschedule at the touch of a button online. And you can have coffee delivered as much as every two days to every two months.
Is it environmentally friendly?Our roastery is carbon-neutral, and we introduced fully recyclable packaging in 2023. We’re also a certified B Corp, which means we’re recognised as using business as a force for good. To read more, have a look at our transparency report.
Do I have to pay for delivery?Claim free delivery when you Subscribe & Save or spend £15. Other orders incur a £2.49 delivery fee.
Is there much choice?We expect to have around 200 coffees from eight different countries on our menu in 2023 – and we’re always looking to work with more farmers.

Best tasting coffee
I went to the Pact website did the really easy coffee quiz and I was matched to the most wonderful tasting coffee. I love it and delivery is prompt I have the subscription and needed my supply of beans a bit earlier and got this sorted in seconds. Great service, great coffee sustainably sourced and it tastes fab. 100% recommend trying 😀

Wonderful Superb coffee with a hint of Chocolate and Peanut butter. Strong, smokey and a hint of Chocolate and peanutbutter. I bought a Kilo.
THERE IS A COMPANY CALLED EXHALE COFFEE. I CAUGHT HIM LYING ABOUT HIS CLAIMS. I WILL DESTROY HIM IN COURT ONCE I AM BETTER.
THIS PACT IS DIFFERENT CLASS. I STRONGLY RECCOMEND STAY AWAY FROM EXHALE. THE OWNER ALEX IS A COMPULSIVE LIAR HIS CLAIMS ARE LIES AND HE LIBELLED ME. HE WILL PAY THAT I PROMISE.
NO PACT IS THE BRAND. EXHALE ARE LIARS. I WILL PUT HIM OUT OF BUSINESS. YOU COULD COME TO SERIOUS HARM DRINKING EXHALE DUE TO NO PROPER TESTING

Coffee with incredible flavour
I tried Pact for the first time this week and it's the best coffee I've had in years. As an ex barista, it's extremely hard to find coffee that does genuinely taste good or good quality but this smashes it out of the park. The packaging is really premium too and there's so much information about every coffee they sell.

Thought I ordered beans.
I ordered online and assumed when I selected an esspreso machine as my brewing method, I would get beans. When my delivery arrived and I received two bags of ground coffee, I was, to say the least, disappointed. I guess I'll just have to use the pressurised basket till it's used up.

We’re sorry to hear you were disappointed with your order. We can see that an espresso machine was selected as the brewing method during purchase, which does automatically default to a fine grind suitable for that option. However, at the same stage there is also the ability to switch to whole bean if preferred.
It sounds like this option may have been missed, and we completely understand how that could be frustrating if you were expecting beans. We’ll take your feedback on board as we’re always looking for ways to make the selection process clearer.
