Pacto seven vouwfiets
Ik gebruik de Pacto 7 nu al een maand en ben er ontzettend tevreden over. Geen gedoe gewoon opvouwen, in de wagen leggen en vertrekken. De fiets is praktisch, stevig en ideaal voor mijn behoeften. Momenteel wacht ik op de Pacto 14 en kijk er enorm naar uit! Ook de klantenservice is top: snel, behulpzaam en makkelijk bereikbaar via de chat. Zeker een aanrader!

FLat tire 1st drive no compensation
Bought a Pacto Bike.
Drove it once, tire got flat and needed to be replaced.
I asked for compensation and I got told defects should have been mentioned within 2 weeks.
Disappointed by the costumer service!! come on bro I have a busy company no time for this tuff.
Decent bike, don't think it is worth the price for the quality you get.
