I would like to praise Mathew (Leeds branch). He has been absolutely outstanding in helping me to reach the next step in my career.

Mathew's communication skills are exquisite, he was really clear explaining each individual step along the process. No matter what time of the day he would make sure to answer my queries. He has a great understanding of people's different situations and how the real world works

You can tell that Mathew really enjoys his job as he is always happy and positive, he is a real asset to this company!

Received an email from Page personnel regarding a position in sales and arranged a call back for Friday but no call as the lady was busy so arranged another call back for Monday again no call and no excuse this time very poor service

Completely unprofessional logistics division in Nottingham, applied for a position advertised for over 6 months, chased and chased and finally got an email back when I copied the manager in, missed the call as it wasn’t at a pre-arranged time so I was in a meeting, tried calling back and left a message, was emailed today and advised they tried to call me a few times yesterday, not true, was only once, I’ve tried to call 4 times today and no answer, sent an email back asking the person to call and nothing back.
At this point I don’t even believe the job exists as I’ve seen it advertised for months now, awful, all other agencies I’ve spoken to in the last week have been pro-active and I already have second interviews lined up but I can’t even get to speak to these people!

I had a really good experience with Page Personnel. The staff are very professional and friendly to deal with, matching relevant job vacancies to suit your skills, unlike other recruitment agencies. I would highly recommend Amber with her help and expertise as I secured a great job. The introduction meeting on Teams with Sophie made me feel I was a valued client. Thank you for all of your help girls!

Overall a very positive experience. Erin was totally on ball with the recruitment process. Got me a job in a matter of days. Only issue was that when I was reading about the pay. I found out that the rate included the holiday pay. At least I got a job in the field that I want to work in. So thank you.

I applied for a role posted by Page Personnel, and although I later found out the role had expired, Kyle at Page Personnel in Leeds saw my CV an decided to help me find a different role after giving me a call. He quickly found a role more suitable for me than the one which I had applied to, and helped me through every stage of the application process, one polite and explanatory phonecall at a time! I have never found a new role so easily and I can only thank Kyle for his professionalism and timely contact throughout the process. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend Kyle/Page Personnel for anyne looking for sales/admin/customer services roles in the future!

My personal experience with Charlie Wilson was waste of my time with registration in 2022 October. I provided him all requested documents for registration with Page Personnel UK and he didn't provide me feedback from an employer he sent me for an interview, he ignored my emails and calls. I applied for another job he asked me but I was completely ignored by him after. Really do not know any reason for it. I am feeling really disappointed by such unfair behavior, I do not believe he does care for people who are in searching of work.
Also, I applied for tens and more others job through website Page Personnel UK and still nothing.

Recently had an awful experience with Page. Phoned up and spoke to them about a PA role. Arranged to have a Teams call the next day only to be told "my Teams isn't working can we rearrange". Rearranged for the following Monday, call was cancelled as she wasn't well. All these conversations were done via text. When I asked her questions about the role and when I was meant to be receiving the job spec, she never replied. Call was rearranged the next day, she never turned up to the Teams call. Text her - no response. Rang the office and they explained she was sick and would speak to her manager and call me back - guess what......... no phone call! I wouldn't recommend this agency. Safe to say I have not bothered calling them or chasing them again - waste of my time!

Had an awful experience with Page.

Louis Dasseville-Fryatt Reached out with 2 exciting roles at the same company. He was helpful when ensuring I was prepped for interview. However, told me there were 3 other candidates and we were all guaranteed a second interview, this was false information. Was patronising and constantly asking what other roles I’ve applied to, demanding the recruitment agency and company (thought this was very strange).

Got through to second interview with positive feedback. It seemed very promising. He couldn’t give me a start date for the role and was very unclear. Eventually reached out a couple days later he said he would call with a rejection and no feedback. Called up requesting feedback multiple times but got ghosted. Turned out the company was recruiting internally too and was offered the role. Super unprofessional and didn’t bother giving a call back after he had promised.

I recently worked with George Trifunovic who provided excellent service. From the initial conversation, he took the time to understand my job search goals and preferences, and were able to provide me with a number of job opportunities that were well-suited to my skills and experience.

Throughout the process, the consultant was responsive and communicative, providing regular updates and feedback. They were also proactive in helping me prepare for interviews, offering valuable advice and coaching.

Ultimately, I was successful in securing a job through this consultant's efforts, and I couldn't be happier with the outcome. I highly recommend this consultant to anyone looking for a new job. Their professionalism, expertise, and dedication to their clients make them a valuable resource in the job search process.

I am very happy with the service he provided and I have had previous experiance with recruitment consultants before never had anything like what george provided for me he is great and people like him do set a great example for the business, give this man a raise he deserves it. I've recommended him to anyone I know that's looking for a job.

Erin Smart at Michael Page has helped us source a Purchasing Ledger Administrator within a week, Erin was quick off the mark and provided 4 great candidates, Erin was helpful throughout and a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommend.

Worked with Miao Xia on a job opportunity and it was a great experience. She briefed me in detailed at every stage of interview and provided quick feedback after each of them. I wanted to know more about the job scope so she arranged another meeting for me to have another chance to talk to my hiring manager. Overall she was really helpful throughout the process!

I would like to say a big thank you to Tom Bartrip who has given me support and great advice in a role that he has put me forward for. I have been off work for some time due to illness where I ended up in hospital and due to this is lost my confidence. Tom was great with helping me particularly in this market to get belief in myself and ultimately when I did a teams meeting with the company I was strong in the interview and past this assessment. I now have just a final meeting with the company and I feel so much positive and this is all down to Toms belief in me. I would strongly recommend him to anybody looking for a job in this difficult market and somebody that believes in his candidates and will help and guide them into the job of their dreams.
