On Viking Rise, they tracked Castle Levels 3, 5, 6, and 9 perfectly, but skipped Level 12 ($3.77).Support (Paulette) openly admits they can see my advanced progress on the dashboard, but they are holding my money hostage. They refuse to use basic common sense, demanding video clips to "prove" lower milestones that are mathematically impossible to skip if you are at the higher levels. Even when asked to escalate to a manager, they just use scripted bluffs to close the ticket. It is a deliberate, automated shield designed to frustrate users so the company can pocket your earnings. Fix my account tracking.

DO NOT USE – FRAUDULENT SYSTEM, BLOCKED WITHDRAWALS & REFUSAL TO PAY ($238.50 STOLEN)
I am writing this warning to prevent anyone else from wasting their time and money on PaidTester (Paid Tester AB).
This platform is a total trap. I completed every required task legitimately, accumulating $238.50 in confirmed earnings, and even spent over €50 of my own money in in-app purchases to complete campaign requirements on time.
As soon as I attempted to cash out my legitimate earnings, the system triggered a repeated, fake "technical error" message. Shortly after, my $238.50 balance completely vanished from my user interface without any explanation or justification.
Here is the truth about how Paid Tester AB operates:
Selective Payouts & Friction: They gladly accept your in-app purchases and track your offers until it is time to pay out large amounts. The moment you accumulate significant earnings, they block your cash-outs.
Non-existent Support: Their customer support completely ignores detailed, documented inquiries and refuses to address the technical block on withdrawals.
EU Regulatory Violations: As a registered entity in Stockholm, Sweden (Paid Tester AB, Sveavägen 17), this company is subject to European Union consumer protection laws. Arbitrarily withholding earned funds and blocking user balance withdrawals constitutes an unfair and deceptive commercial practice under EU law.
I have fully documented every step of this process with screenshots (balances, offer completions, deposit receipts, and withdrawal error logs).
Formal reports are being escalated to the European Consumer Centre (ECC / Konsument Europa), the Swedish authorities, and Google Play Trust & Safety.
Do not fall for this platform. They take your money, profit off your time, and lock your earnings when it’s time to pay.

This is your typical scam app
This is your typical scam app. It has no problem properly tracking your gameplay or allowing you to cash out when it is a small amount but when you spend a lot of time on a game and request a larger payout, it suddenly stops tracking. I was playing Tasty Travels and the app properly tracked everything in the beginning but after I completed a higher level, it didn't credit me and after repeated attempts to get an answer as to why, the finally sent an email saying that the "developer denied it" Which is ridiculous because I was using the same phone, internet connection etc. Just like other scam apps, they make you do all of the work and get the money they are supposed to give you. It's an awful app. UPDATE REBUTTAL TO PAIDTESTER SUPPORT:Do not paste your generic automated templates here to trick the public into thinking this is a standard tracking delay. This is not an issue with an offer partner needing "three business days" to verify data.Your platform already acknowledged that I successfully completed level 60 in Tasty Travels, yet you have completely withheld my payout. Furthermore, when I reached level 65, your system deliberately ceased tracking my milestone progress. When I explicitly inquired about these missing credits, your support representative, Leina, explicitly stated in writing that the game developers denied my level completions.You are actively shifting corporate liability onto your own clients to cover up your tracking failures and pocket player earnings. I have full documentation of Leina's email blaming the developers for this non-payment. If my earned $60.00 is not credited immediately, this exact proof will be forwarded directly to your game publishers, Unity, and the mobile app marketplaces. AND FOR THE RECORD IT HAS BEEN 30 DAYS AND YOU STILL HAVE YET TO GIVE ME WHAT I HAVE EARNED THAT YOU HAVE STOLEN.

Warum? Erstens muss man sich zweimal verifizieren: einmal mit der Telefonnummer und anschließend noch mit dem Gesicht. Meiner Meinung nach reicht eine Verifizierung mit der Telefonnummer völlig aus. Warum ist eine zweite Verifizierung überhaupt nötig?
Außerdem wurde meine Telefonnummer erfolgreich bestätigt. Danach musste ich mein Gesicht verifizieren, um das Angebot zu starten. Nachdem die Gesichtsverifizierung abgeschlossen war, ist das Angebot, das zuvor als ausstehend angezeigt wurde, einfach verschwunden.
Seitdem funktioniert nichts mehr. Ich bin ehrlich gesagt sehr sauer, weil ich meine Zeit mit dieser App verschwendet habe.
Ich habe außerdem die Bewertungen anderer Nutzer gelesen. Viele schreiben, dass der Support überhaupt nicht antwortet, wenn man ihn kontaktiert. Wofür ist der Support überhaupt da, wenn niemand reagiert?
Und kommt mir bitte nicht mit Standardantworten wie „Löschen Sie den Browser-Cache“, „Versuchen Sie es später noch einmal“ oder „Schreiben Sie uns eine E-Mail“. Wenn man den Support per E-Mail kontaktiert, bekommt man vielleicht ein oder zwei Antworten, danach wird man einfach ignoriert. Es schreibt niemand mehr zurück.

Ich habe mehrere Angebote erfolgreich abgeschlossen und die Belohnungen erhalten. Mein Konto wurde bereits per Telefonnummer erfolgreich verifiziert und zunächst hat alles funktioniert.
Als ich meine Belohnung auszahlen lassen wollte, musste ich plötzlich erneut eine Verifizierung durchführen. Diese habe ich erfolgreich abgeschlossen, trotzdem kann ich meine Auszahlung bis heute nicht beantragen. Stattdessen erscheint nur eine Fehlermeldung, dass ich den Support kontaktieren soll.
Den Support habe ich bereits vor mehreren Tagen kontaktiert, aber bisher keinerlei Antwort erhalten. Das ist sehr enttäuschend. Wenn man seine verdienten Belohnungen nicht auszahlen kann und der Support nicht reagiert, wirkt die App leider nicht vertrauenswürdig. Aus diesem Grund kann ich die App aktuell nicht empfehlen und vergebe nur einen Stern.

Scam, Stay away
Scam. The worst of all the claimed "get paid to play" platforms. Will drag you for days saying to please wait for x amount of hours until they can verify the milestone. Have you send countless screenshots. After sending a word for word bank statement they will then say there's nothing they can do. This has happened infamously with OG, and other milestones that pay over $5 they will try anything they can to not honor it and pay you. Stay away until these issues are fixed. AI chat support bot is also useless.

Drug Out Support for a Week to Say "We Won't Do Anything"
I should've checked here first. I use a chrome set up I specifically customized to maximize cookies/trackers for these types of sites and on most sites like these don't have any issues. In fact, on this site I have had 2/3 track successfully.
Now comes an offer for OG.com, basically a shitty Polymarket/Kalshi ripoff. I do everything I am supposed to: Sign up, verify, KYC, deposit, play. I have screenshot proof of all of this. The offer "doesn't track."
I contact their help they say "Wait 2 days" I reach back out then "If not by the end of day tomorrow contact us again." I contact them the following day "It hasn't been long enough contact us tomorrow." Finally today I reach out and they say "We reviewed your case once more, and unfortunately, the offer did not track successfully. Since no tracking data was received, we’re unable to confirm your activity or issue credits for this particular offer."
So long story short they never had any intention of fixing anything and instead of just saying that so I can chargeback the purchases I made to satisfy the offer requirements they drug it out for about a week.

one of the worst apps to deal with I played a game for rewards to find out they pick and choose which reward to pay I played spades it paid out the 1st 3rd and 5th reward then support tells me they can't verify the other rewards which is really suspicious if 5th reward paid out but 2nd and 4th reward don't how can you not verify 2nd and 4th reward if 5th reward pays that's stupid how do you get to 5th without passing 2nd and 4th really pathetic

Bereits 2 Apps bei denen Ziele nicht…
Bereits 5 Apps bei denen Ziele nicht erkannt werden. Auf Mails mit Screenshots an Kundenservice wird einfach nicht reagiert. Es geht um bares Geld. Bitte reagiert endlich und schreibt meine Prämien gut. Bei einem Angebot gibt es 5 Tages Serie, es ist Tag 11 und keine Prämie gutgeschrieben. Mails an Support mit Screenshots sind eingereicht aber keine Reaktion von euch. Man schreibt Support an und dann " sry Angebot wurde vom Anbieter nicht bestätigt, bekommst keine Prämie "..Das ist vorsätzliche Betrug am Nutzer, Strafanzeige wegen vortäuschen falscher Tatsachen §263 StGB wird eingereicht. Immer wieder diese Masche, der Staatsanwalt wird sich darum kümmern. Meine Schäden durch technische Probleme sind mittlerweile bei über 700€ in 1 Monat. Finger weg von dieser Betrüger App.

PaidTester is a scam
PaidTester will ban your account and even if they give u an email in the replies to contact their support email, they will just reply in a few days with the generic troubleshooting response like "Clear your cookies and data" which you shouldn't because that will reset your progress and everything starting back to step 1. This is an intentional scheme these scammers think they can get away with.

I had a very bad experience with…
I had a very bad experience with PaidTester. I completed several offers, including ones that required me to spend my own money, and yes I did earn over $28 and spent about $20. One of my offers I did was pending for about a week before it finally credited but once my balance exceeded the $20 minimum payout, I tried to redeem for paypal but instead of receiving my payment, the app displayed a "Technical error, please contact support" message so I contacted support, and they replied that they were looking into the issue. However, shortly afterward, my account was banned. When I reopened the app, I could no longer access any new games, and it stated that I couldn't take games anymore. I also lost the ability to contact support from my email. From my perspective, it felt like my account was blocked right after I tried cashing out. I spent both time and money completing offers, yet I was unable to redeem the rewards I had earned. I hope PaidTester reviews this situation serious and either explains the reason for the ban or pays me the balance that was earned because I have screenshots.
