Great service (second time buyer)
Great service, good product - our second wardrobe from Painted Furniture Co. Paid for their delivery and installation service, which means it ends up ready to use, in the right bedroom, with no hassle (for us) of getting it up the stairs, coping with the uneven floor etc. Recommend.

Furniture fab and Service was brilliant
Service in the shop was brilliant- helping my elderly Mum decide what was right for her. Kindness and patience in abundance. The delivery was slick too - from letting us know timing to actual installation. Nothing was too much trouble. The furniture itself looks fantastic in situ - great value for money.

Happy with all aspects of the purchase
Kate was extremely helpful in the shop. My dresser was ready & delivered in double quick time. It’s received lots of compliments already. It wasn’t either the cheapest or the most expensive. Very happy with my purchase.

Great customer service and quality furniture
Deborah was super helpful with colour matches so that I could match a new bed with existing furniture. The staff were always happy to help and responded quickly. The furniture is beautiful and the quality is high, the under-bed drawers run like a dream. Really pleased.

Lovely wardrobe with great customer service
Efficient and personal ordering process - I was able to talk to someone to add bespoke features to the wardrobe I ordered, and then the details were quickly confirmed in an email. The customer services team kept me informed of the progress of my order. The lead time was accurate and delivery and assembly was all done by two great guys. Wardrobe is beautiful.

Dinning Room Furniture
Very pleased with our new dinning room furniture, well made, looks great and delivered before scheduled date. Customer services were very responsive when we had an issue with the incorrect dresser plinth, dealt with very quickly and a new sideboard shipped out and swapped within a couple of weeks.

View in shop & delivery by own fleet and staff
We were able to go into a shop with friendly and knowledgeable staff. The furniture we were looking for was on display, together with the colour and finish thus giving an exact sample to order off. Delivery was negotiated and we happened to see one of their delivery vans and personel delivering into store while we were there. We were told that our order would be delivered by one of their fleet of vans and their own drivers and not contracted out to non-caring drop-off merchants as we had previous experience of with a different furniture company. Delivery was within the quoted timeframe, a little sooner which was good. A friendly phone call was received from the warehouse checking delivery requirements and confirming the order. Next day our order was delivered on time, in a friendly, knowledgeable and efficient manner providing confirmation that we were dealing with a professional and honest company from the outset through to excellent and accessible after sales service. Splendid customised furniture, no fuss
Ordered a customised "Portland" TV unit via the Cirencester outlet where the staff were knowledgeable and helpful. The unit had to go into a very specific space so had to be accurate and it was. Delivered well within the estimated 4-6 weeks and now looks splendid in its designated spot. Also really liked seeing the pieces in the showroom and having a colour chart to look at which was very accurate too. It is so unusual to find a company who does what they say they do with minimal fuss. Saw it, discussed it, ordered it and got it. So simple. If you have difficult or awkward rooms and want a solid piece of furniture made to measure without engaging a carpenter, these are the guys for you. So, very happy customer who will be returning!
