Held Our Hands
Pallet2Ship helped us move items from the UK to the Antipodes. Even though our shipment can't have been very significant, Dan was careful to communicate with us every step of the way and respond kindly and promptly to our queries. Everything arrived as it should with minimal hassle.

I am not really familiar with importing…
I am not really familiar with importing goods recently & needed to get some equipment of mine back from Poland, I googled for companys that advertised shipping & asked pallet to ship to quote me, I got a response back from Dan who was really good he quoted me & advised me all the way on what was needed to be done. I got everything delivered back to me no problem.
Highly recommended & I am looking to use them again soon.

Super easy booking process, the pallet was then tracked and I was kept fully informed by Gabriela until it reached the final destination. Pallet arrived in good condition so happy client means happy us :)

Decent set up but no after sales support
Not bad. The set up process was pretty good and straightforward, but be aware that Pallet2Ship only appear to be acting as a broker. As soon as the pallet is collected by the transport company there is no further service. In my experience, if there are any complications or need for additional communication you're on your own and you'll need to liaise directly with the transport company. Don't expect Pallet2Ship to provide support. Personally I would have expected them to have strong contacts with the transport partners to be able to resolve issues when they arise, not least because Pallet2Ship is the party I am paying.
In response to the reply to my review, I would add the following:
In my particular case, the pallet had moved no further than Nottingham after 10 days since it was collected (it should have left for the destination country way before that). Communication was instigated by me that there was an issue, not the other way around. In the end, it was through my own efforts directly with the transporter that led to the pallet getting delivered on time (just). Pallet2Ship told me there was nothing that could be done so I took it upon myself to sort it.
This is not really a complaint, but more about setting expectations.

In your case, we continued to provide assistance well after the pallet had been collected. Our records show that our colleague sent you 8 emails, all in a timely and professional manner, addressing your concerns and providing updates as soon as information became available.
While we always aim to provide clear and proactive communication, it’s important to note that the shipping process involves multiple parties—carriers, hubs, and depots. Nevertheless, we make every effort to obtain and share accurate updates, even though we must rely on the information provided by those third parties.
We are confident that we responded to all of your queries promptly and consistently, and remained fully engaged throughout your shipment—not just during the initial setup.

Very impressed
We had the need to import goods from the USA and found pallet2ship by an online search. Their website made it extremely simple to get quote. Following the quote I received a call to clarify the finer detail and due to not having a forklift at the UK end was advised to split the consignment over two pallets for a tail lift due to weight restrictions.
All went well and great communication throughout, I would highly recommend and will be using again very soon.
