I have been a paradigm resident for over 10 years and have never had a bad workman or unanswered query. Yes rents go up but that is across the housing spectrum. I love my one bedroom house and my neighbours Perhaps thats why I'm happy with the service and the organisation. No complaints from me!

Hi I am writing this review as a resident in a flat ran by paradigm housing, the place I live is a lovely flat/lovely area this is why I gave it 3 stars. but the means of security in this building is non existent. People keep getting there mail robbed from there own letter boxes and these letter boxes aren’t attached to our front doors, the letter boxes are downstairs in the main lobby area where the front door has a button for trades that anyone can push and get in + no security cameras anywhere in the building to find out who the culprits are, I’m getting fed up with it I’ve had 3 parcels robbed from me because these careless delivery drivers can’t be bothered to run the parcel upto my door or just leave the parcel half hanging out the letter box downstairs or they just leave it on the side, it should be safe to keep your parcels in your own block of flats without tramps being able to get in via a trades button that’s only supposed to be for trades personnel like delivery drivers, police, ambulance etc. I would really like to know if anything can be done about this because as I said I’m getting fed up with getting robbed by people that can’t afford there own things and I’m pretty sure other people are getting frustrated with it aswell

George the man that come to do the work was very polite and a very nice gentleman. He was very chatty which I thoroughly enjoyed

I have emailed Paradigm Housing Group with 10s of pictures
of bins/rubbish/pest all because of one of their tenants. Over a 2 year period, I constantly provided evidence, but nothing has changed. THEY REFUSE TO TAKE ACTION.

The bin is on PRIVATE land not owned by Paradigm, it is
illegal for the bin to be there (all other bins are Infront of people's houses except their tenants bin which is kept on private land Infront of OTHER people's houses.

There is plenty of space Infront of the tenants house, but
he does NOT want the disgusting rubbish and rats on his doorstep, and puts them on other people's doorstep.

I have emailed all their accounts and gone through the complaints
process and they have done nothing. Literally.

Paradigm Housing Group refuse to do anything and their tenant
is out of control.

The neighbourhood has had enough.

Stay away from this company, their housing stock doesn't
even comply with land registry requirements. I would never use/recommend them and I pray when I move, it's nowhere near one of their tenants or in ever into one of their houses.

I am very grateful that Paradigm organised an excellent Estates Team, who not only promptly came to reduce our enormous hedge to manageable levels, but did so professionally and courteously.

Mario and carter did the work in my bathroom.
They where very efficient, very polite, and did a fantastic job leaving everything clean and tidy when finished.
The let me know about what they was doing and kept me informed.

Just had a repair completed and the service was excellent. The staff was on time, nice, positive attitude and good communicator. He did a very good job and quickly too. Was happy to answer questions. Well done, Paradigm.

I have been with this HA for 20 years. Originally Chiltern Hundreds HA, & taken over by Paradigm Housing Group. I can honestly say I have very little complaints.

In 20 years I've never understood why my road has no street lighting?! The council say it's not their problem as it's a HA development. Why the Paradigm built a cul-de-sac with not one street light I have no idea.

I rarely report repairs, but If they've been urgent Paradigm have always responded quickly & efficiently. I recently had a repair to my water system & have no complaints.

From the customer service representative receiving my calls to the sub-contractors completing the works. I've always been satisfied with their service & time.

Paradigm recently appointed Sun Realm Heating to replace my 23 year old boiler, on Tuesday 2nd April the engineer Adam Prince arrived he initially fully protected the floor/carpet from our front door to the boiler cupboard. Along with his apprentice he then proceeded to change our existing boiler for a new combi boiler, they removed the water tank from the loft, the immersion water tank from the cubboard and all the old redundant pipe work without any problems at all and not even a single drop of waste water on the floor. His installation of the new Combi Boiler and the total replacement of the pipework was impeccable, this engineer is an artist, I have never seen better looking pipework and I have seen a lot of crap during my life. Replacing the flue, and the complete installation took around
seven hours, both of them worked non-
stop and I was totally impressed. Next
day Sun Realms Electrician Nicky Martin arrived to complete the wiring and install a digital thermostat and receiver, he was also thoroughly professional and gave us valuable insights on how to get the best out of the new system. He was followed next day by Sun Realms quality control manager Richard Graham who confirmed the obvious quality of the installation. I have been totally impressed by Sun Realm and especially Adam Prince the engineer who done the installation and think Paradigm should be very grateful that they have such a reliable and professional partner.

I'm shocked and feed up of being charged 89 pound for someone to hoover the stairs once a month rember there's 7/8 flats that are charged this they are just making more money out of us and sick of fall accusations or breaking a door I never broke they want 200 pounds for a tiny bit of metal fixed that has been broken for years now they accuse me which is a LIE and I'm not paying it I want a exchange now tierd of paradigm tham constantly make false accusations and try get more and more money my heating don't work the toilet doesn't work I have a bucket to flush the loo and I want out of here now as this is the worst housing group I've ever been in if there's a start rating they don't even get one of on top of that they decide to get a window cleaner that doesn't do a proper job and two I don't want my windows cleaned as can do my self why charge MORE 💰 MONEY for something we can do our selves you should ask us first as it's very easy to do our own window but obviously you trying make more money what's next we get charged to walk up the stairs wouldn't surprise me at all very very disappointed like many neighbors in hayter lodge

What an incredible team. From my call this morning to having my query responded to and resolved within 2 hours by Charlotte, I am frankly stunned at the level of care and kindness I have received today. This is extremely rare in property work sadly and has renewed my faith in humanity and the professionals working within the sector. As a professional myself, I know that there are occasions when you need your fellow property people to rally around and support you with a deadline which may not be foreseeable and they definitely did this today.

The team did an amazing job on my kitchen and new floor all work was outstanding every thing was spot of can't fault the workers was a lovely lot and can't thank them. Enough for the job really happy with the service I received

Just an absolute joke, the housing officer is as helpful as a chocolate tea pot, I complain about the smell of drugs when had mu children and there was pedo living underneath but wasn't told anything. Tried saying about this and did nothing and now iv lost mu children because of this and paradigm did absolutely nothing about this. But when the neighbour moaned about my works vehicle I got harassed about this. Don't house with then if u got kids. If u do drugs and pedophile your be absolutely fine, this has bin going on since 2022 in the end I had to walk away because they wouldn't help and just think of them self and not the safety of children
