Scammers stole $2000 and never showed up for the move 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

Received a quote on Find A Mover. I contacted them to proceed, they booked everything in and gave me the details of the driver, that stuffed us around with pick up times. After not showing, they didn’t answer or reply to any calls in the office or the driver. Don’t recommend at all. Not worth the effort.

I paid an additional $300 for disassembly and reassembly services, yet only one bed was assembled upon delivery. Several furniture items were left completely unassembled, forcing me to assemble them myself after a long interstate move. Some of my belongings were also damaged during the move. I contacted the company immediately after delivery, provided photos, and explained the issues, but received no response to my messages or calls. Charging customers for a service and then failing to provide it, while ignoring follow-up communication, is unacceptable. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company.

Worst service!!
They are very unprofessional removalist. They only care about the booking. After you have booked and sent them the booking amount, they will ignore your calls, will not give you a date and time or even a range for you to plan. I waited 24 hours for their response and another 24 hours for them to fool me and not show up on the day of commitment. The next day Mr. Param says that pls give me your account number, I will refund the amount. He said, the booking fee is very less and he does not need to listen to this, as if he is doing a favor to me. Don't fall into the trap of backloading. There is a person Sam, who gives you this option but later will not even pick up your call.

Param Movers worst removalist i have ever seen. We recently hired them, supposed to deliver the stuff within three days but they took 25 days. The furniture is not in good condition too. Missing some of the pieces. My son’s clothes missing too. Unprofessional company i have ever seen. I have hired them from adelaide to albany. Initially they gave me quote of 4000 but when they arrived they said the charges will be 7500 , please hire someone professional they are the worst one.

I would highly recommend Param Movers to anyone looking for reliable and trustworthy movers, and I will definitely use their services again in the future.
