Very reasonable, absolutely trustworthy and the best service
We have been taking their service since more than 3 years now and everytime the experience has been excellent. They are very trustworthy as our parcels have been coming from different places with multiple stopovers and we still receive them in their best condition and also on time without any delays. Their prices are very reasonable and their service is excellent. I would recommend Parcel Chief not just for domestic but international also. In fact it is the best courier for international people even if you want to order something from India and that place does not deliver internationally, parcel Chief is your best option for that also. Thank you so much to Sakeena and her team for delivering excellent service each and every time.

Great Experience – Helpful, Supportive, and Reliable Service
I’d like to share my positive experience with Hussain from the courier service. Right from the beginning, when I reached out to the help desk with several inquiries about sending items from India to the USA, he was extremely helpful and patient.

Absolutely Horrible Experience – Damaged Items, Missing Package, No Accountability!
I am beyond frustrated and angry with the appalling service I received from Parcel Chief. I entrusted them with my cargo, expecting a basic level of care and professionalism, but what I received was a disaster from start to finish.
When my shipment finally arrived, I was horrified to discover:
TWO plastic storage boxes completely broken, beyond repair.
My rice cooker was visibly damaged and unusable.
One of my most valuable items – a living room lampshade – is completely missing and has yet to be located or explained.
ALL of my luggage was delivered soaking wet. Clothes were drenched, smelly, and ruined – it was clear they had been sitting in water for some time.
To make matters worse, I have been chasing them for over 7 days, repeatedly asking for a resolution, some accountability, or at least an update. The only response I've received is that their representative is waiting for DPD, a third-party service in the UK, to respond and cannot provide a resolution until then. This is just more stalling and complete negligence.
Parcel Chief has shown zero customer service, no responsibility for the damages and losses, and clearly no respect for their customers' belongings.
This is completely unacceptable. I will never use their service again and strongly urge others to think twice before trusting this company with anything valuable. You might as well throw your items in the ocean – at least then you’d know what happened to them.
