The entire process is very smooth
The entire process is very smooth. They picked up the package from my home in 2 attempts. The update about the contents inspection was good. The only improvement they need to make is, giving regular updates. After the initial "Info sent to international courier" there was no update for over a week. One fine morning I came to know that "Package will be delivered today". Need regular updates in-between.

I had an excellent experience with ParcelChief. My parcel from Mumbai to Christchurch, New Zealand, arrived in just 15 days.
• The initial communication with Sakeena Khan on WhatsApp was seamless. She clearly explained the charges and restricted items.
• The pickup was scheduled promptly for the next day.
• The pickup personnel brought a sturdy cardboard box and packed everything carefully, ensuring minimal space was used.
• I received a tracking link within 2–3 days.
• When I encountered an issue with the tracker, I reached out to Sakeena via WhatsApp and received a quick and helpful response.
Overall, the process was smooth and efficient. I would definitely use their service again in the future!

Hi Parcel Chief Team,
I am really happy with service and the way our parcel being handled from door pickup from India and the way it is being delivered to door step Germany.
It was home made sweets which was being delivered within a week, much love to your team and service.
My trust is being multiplied with Parcel Chief!!😊✌🏻👍🏻first time I had sent 32 kg of suitcase with clothes, not even a single item is misplaced!! When I sent first time I was little skeptical about days of delivery or how its gonna be handled because I was relocating here 3 years before .
so now again this parcel with Diwali sweets and snacks made my mom reached me when the items are still in good and great condition.
