I have been dealing with Parcel Direct…

I have been dealing with Parcel Direct for 4 years now & have always found them quick, efficient & reliable. Emails & phone calls are always answered promptly & most importantly my packages get picked up & delivered on time, everytime. I can't recommend their service highly enough. 10/10

No communication and very late delevery

The parcel was meant to take 3 days but it took 6 weeks. The tracking was wrong most of the time and parceldirect didn’t reply to any of my requests for information. Shockingly bad service. *edit The item was sent from Ireland to the Netherlands so parcel direct’s claim that it went to the USA is false.

Thanks for taking the time to let us know about your shipment. I see from the tracking the shipment was held in customs in the USA for some period and once it was release it was delivered within 24hours. I am sorry for this delay, but we have no authority over the customs in any country.

Shocking company to deal with I'm been…

Shocking company to deal with I'm been ringing and eMailing for the last 8 months and still no update on a machine that this joke of a company lost on me Micheal is meant to call me back everyday since April and I have never received 1 call from him stay clear of this company very very bad people to deal with

Completely broke up the package I sent

Completely broke up the package I sent. I contacted customer service and sent all the images and invoices they requested weeks ago. Have had no response to multiple follow up emails. Absolute cowboys. Avoid at all costs! Would give zero stars if I could

Parcel direct were not aware that I did…

Parcel direct were not aware that I did not receive my shipping label and in trying to source it I was ringing UPS. I should’ve got onto parcel direct to get my shipping label and as soon as I rang them they dealt with it in a very polite and professional manner. My package got picked up an hour later and now a satisfied customer. Thanks

Never again

Never again! My parcel was sitting in Memphis for a week, then I was given 2 days to register in some website to provide what food items I gave (didn’t had any food inside). I couldn’t figure out what should I do, I asked for help. No help provided. Now it’s being sent back. No idea of when to expect it! All was told is: Can you call the FDA helpline and they will direct you on what you need to do. No number provided.
Spent money for all the stress. Granddaughter was waiting for toys ;(

Thanks for letting us know about your shipment. Unfortunately the items you sent to the USA required FDA Clearance. We sent you a link to their website to provide the required information, which also has guided steps. Unfortunately this was not completed in time and the FDA requested the parcel be returned to sender. I know this is disappointing, but we have no sway over the FDA and have to abide by their direction.

Great Service. Easy to use, lots of options.

Despite some negative reviews, I decided to use PD after An Post refused to accept a phone package (as it contained a battery) for return to the UK, and was glad I did.

The Website was easy and fast to use, lots of services to choose from, with options for home collection or local drop off point for courier collection.

I had an issue with the local drop off point (they didn't recognise the parcel/number), which was sorted extremely quickly by a very helpful Agent.....many thanks Michael :)

I would certainly use them again.

Great service right through lockdowns…

Great service right through lockdowns allowing me to stay physically connected with my grandchildren in Australia. Being able to watch them open a box of goodies that I’ve assembled saved my sanity through this bloody pandemic. Thank you

Didn't even know this service existed

Didn't even know this service existed , fantastic to see all the different options, I was sending out parcels to Russia and USA and did not know where to start and a collegue recommended Parcel direct.

ParcelDirect.ie NEVER USE!

I have worked with couriers for 15 years and this is by far the worst. Booked in early Monday for next day pick up. My parcel didn't get picked up so I emailed to enquire about it. They told me it would be picked up the next day which was Wednesday. That didn't happen. Again told apologize but it will be picked up Thursday. Again that didn't happen. Finally picked up Friday which was too late for me and was told it would definitely be delivered Monday. Well you guessed it... It didn't arrive Monday. Finally arrived Tuesday. Myself, my family,my friends and the work will never use this company again.

Be careful with these guys

Customer service is everything in this business, pray nothing goes wrong onces you make a payment. Because these guys behave like flyby... Lies, lies and more lies. But people will soon realise and your businesses will suffer.... Pd3670699 so you know I'm real... Out with parcel direct...

Complete disaster to deal with

Complete disaster to deal with. They lost a christening gown that I made for a customer. I rang on numerous occasions for a refund, I even gave my bank details. Still heard nothing back and it’s 9 months later. I have lost a customer and no refund. STAY AWAY. PD6031868, I kept my reference number to verify this is an honest complaint.

Absolutely terrible

Absolutely terrible. Scheduled collection for a Tuesday, never collected. Contacted Parceldirect on Wednesday and was informed 'the driver ran out of time' the previous day and as it was after 12pm the collection couldn't be scheduled until Thursday. Surely if he ean out of time the protocol would be it would automatically get collected the following day without me having to contact them. Again it wasn't collected on Thursday. I sent an email asking for a manager to contact me, never received any correspondence. Parcel finally collected Friday. I would NOT recommend this service.

Can't recommend highly enough

Paid online to ship a package from Ireland to USA. Chose fed ex economy option which matched the an post price. Attempted drop off at local store but the store didn't know how to process the package. Called parcel direct the following morning and they arranged to come to me to collect the package. Deliverd to USA within 3 days which was a lot faster than expected. Overall excellent service and price and delivery. Will absolutely be my go to im future.

Economic and Efficient

Parceldirect offered the cheapest quote (by far) and they delivered my parcel to Edinburgh in four days. I could track it's progress every day and I was advised when it was delivered. Impressive.
