ParTex Design Build Contractors Inc. is a design build firm that has served the larger Toronto GTA since 1981. With only one contact, there will be continuity of thought and design throughout the entire project. We will be familiar with your tastes and preferences in all matters. Transparency and cost controls ParTex utilizes an Excel spreadsheet from day 1 to track projected and actual costs throughout your entire project lifespan, and share it with our clients on a regular basis. Most clients will have a larger wish list than they wish to pay for. This is a normal part of the process for everyone, including ourselves when my wife and I renovated our home five years ago. Utilizing transparency and our spreadsheet you will be fully informed of all of the projected costs before committing to one particular design. This means you, as the client, retain complete control of the extent of the design and cost of the entire project, right down to the hardware and finishes. Once a realistic budget has been set, it is now our job to design a project to your taste and build it to budget. Experience Andrew Parker and ParTex have over 44 years of experience with additions, major renovations and commercial interiors in the larger GTA. Andrew Parker is a master carpenter and a third generation Ontario builder. Par-Tex was founded by Andrew’s grandfather in 1928. This is the business he grew up in before forming his own in 1981.
