Live Chat was super helpful

The Parts People were so helpful with my order! I have not opened a computer in years, but needed to replace a hard drive in my laptop. After I got my machine opened up, I was worried that I ordered the wrong part. But The Parts People walked me through what else I needed to open and I was able to find the right spot for the SSD drive. So helpful and patient with me! Will definitely order from them again.

Got the keyboards fast, look as good as new, thanks, will be back, we seem to go through a lot of these. EDIT after submission.... I won't change the 5 stars, but will ask why you want my friends list from Facebook to submit a review? Watch out people when you submit your review, change the privacy settings before agreeing.

Replaced failed hard drive with SSD

Parts arrived promptly (replaced bad hard drive with an SSD). Video was accurate and helpful. Replacement was much quicker and easier than getting Windows 10 reinstalled.
