Resposta da Party Animals
Hi Emma. Thank you for ordering with us. I'm sorry to hear that you experienced problems with the costume. As per our faults and returns policy you would have been more than welcome to return the faulty costume for a full refund within 14 days. We've not heard from you regarding this by telephone or email so we are unable to help unless we are made aware of product issues. Many thanks again for ordering with us.
