No order confirmation paid for quick delivery nothings arrived. Not sure how I’m going to get my money back

No order confirmation received, no product, no response to customer support enquiries. The money was taken from my account though so really not impressed... also,there doesn't seem to be a way of contacting the company other than via a form in their website. Claims that order will be shipped within 24h are false of course (it's been 15 days) at the date of this review. I would advise anyone to simply not buy anything from them and buy elsewhere to save yourselves time and money.

Luckily I paid via PayPal and opened a resolution

Got a refund in full very quickly no reply as to why my goods were never sent though

Ordered and paid for goods over a month ago which have not arrived. Have messaged their customer services team on multiple occasions to chase the items and have no response despite them taking my payment. No other way if contacting them. Very poor.

My order (bra) arrived damaged. Have contacted the retailer 5 times now with most messages going unanswered and then once I thought an adequate resolution was reached (they offered to send a replacement) they never followed up nor sent said replacement. Total waste of money and the worst customer service I have ever received.

Worst experience I have ever had. After seeing my review I was told by PARTYBRA that they would refund me but I have still not received it! Looking at other reviewers it seems that others have experienced the same service! I have been told that they are dealing with my request with haste but I have not heard anything!

My partner and I ordered a three bras for my daughter for her prom from Partybra having read their excellent review on Cosmopolitan. One happy daughter. Delivery took around 3 days so pretty good.

Took my money, did not send order, refuse to communicate.

However I have now received a FULL refund, and communication has improved.

After reading cosmopolitan article about adhesive bras I thought I’d give the place a go as prices where reasonable.

Mistake.

Page is inactive since 2017 (didn’t notice til I did digging) Facebook page hasn’t been touched since 2017 either.

My order was meant to take 2-4 days.. 2weeka later and nothing. I didn’t even get a confirmation email! Only got a dispatch email (two weeks ago) from a uk warehouse.

Online contact form is useless. No one got back to me. Luckily my bank could refund me. I can’t believe the business owners are that incompetent that they can’t even delete a website and Facebook page. Misleading people!!

I shouldn’t have to say this after all I’ve put but DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
