Excellent customer service and excellent products great value for money. Flooring excellent and a massive choice of styles colours laminates ,lino ,carpets and rugs all at great prices. Very good range of white goods. Now they also do beautiful sofas beds and bedroom furniture all at very competitive prices. A pleasure to deal with the owners and there employees excellent knowledge and skills and experience. Thank you for your service

Price was good, ordering was easy, delivered ahead of estimated date. Desk was pretty straightforward to assemble, feels well made relative to the cost, and looks great; early days so time will tell how it wears.

Totally fab! Had a call to arrange delivery minutes after ordering online. Garden set was delivered a week or so later by a friendly driver who put the boxes where I needed. Set was lovely quality, very unique, and easy to put together. Tiny bit of white marks on one panel and cushion (mould?) But wiped off with damp cloth. Guess just from being in the warehouse. Would definitely recommend, and would use again. Seems like a lovely company.

Ordered an expensive garden sofa and table set three years ago, we have covered the set in the winter every year and have only really used the set a few times each summer. Immediately the cushions torn, I did contact them and they sent replacements. Since then most of the cushions have torn very easily but we have just lived with it. Now the actual wicker aspect is snapping everywhere. It’s so weak he snaps with the slightest touch. We have at least 15 breaks in the set now and the table looks bad. We are probably one or two uses away from not being able to sit on it safely. I wouldn’t purchase, I would expect a £1000 product to be better quality. Would understand if we uses alot or didn’t take care of it etc but honestly can say it’s just pure product quality. I’ve called regarding the damages and they said there’s one year warranty so nothing to be done. That’s fair enough but still disappointed and wouldn’t buy from here again.

Excellent product managed to get for a good price in the sale. Quick delivery time. Advertised on website as 3 weeks delivery time but arrived a couple of days after ordering.

Communication was good. My low wardrobe was delivered on the estimated time. The actual delivery was excellent The 2 delivery men were very nice and polite and put the wardrobe in the room of our choice and took the wrapping away

Great service deliverd on time, quality of wardrobe very good, sections of product need labels labels as instructions are hard to follow rather than guess or have to count predilled holes to make sure it's the right way up or left or right apart from that very pleased with wardrobe.

This is a great company. I have only ever dealt with them a couple of times online, but each time they were super helpful, especially as I am a Libra and cannot make up my mind!
The delivery is as quick as they can possibly make it, and the chaps who brought my chairs were very polite and placed them inside for me. I would definitely recommend this company.

Excellent customer service and follow up after we enquired about chairs we had seen online. This enabled us to make an informed decision. We bought a table at the same time which arrived within two days.

Good efficient service. I had a phone call half an hour before delivering which was on time. The chair was as the description with good quality at a reasonable price.
