Fabric quality, construction and fit. My husband loves his shirt!

Everything is great. I have purchased my 6th shirt but what I can’t figure out is why some are heavier materials than others
Also you keep referring to me as Pamela that is the name of my deceased wife and I don’t know how you got it but I would appreciate it if you would change the name to James Laverty. This is my second request. Thank you.

I wanted to get several no-iron shirts for travel. I ordered 4 but different sizes because I had never bought from them before. I easily returned 3 because of fit and exchanged for my size. It was a quick and easy process. The shirts themselves are terrific. They come out of the dryer ready to wear. Look great too.

The shirt I order came in a slim fit, and I never order shirts in slim fit.

the fabric on the shirts are good however had a couple of shirts were the tab collar fastener broke and the collar wore a hole in it after only a year.

Absolutely obsessed with the quality and colors of these shirts! 👕✨

The shirts and ties are always of the highest quality. This latest purchase I ordered over the phone, and the lady assisting me could not have been more helpful and gracious.

I was not able to add the 3rd pair of Stretch Travel pants to the order. The screen would never illuminate the “buy” button. I also had a lot of difficulty just adding the 2nd pair.
This is very disappointing in that I wanted the 3rd pair and especially since buying 3 or more would have given me a 40% discount!!!!
I have bought a lot of merchandise from Paul Fredrick all online and have never had this difficulty.
I would hope that you would allow me to order the 3rd pair on a separate order and apply the 40% discount and also credit me the difference on the original purchase.
