I ordered a doggy advent calendar and a soft toy for our dog for Christmas. Sadly he passed away before I received them, on informing the owners of this I received the most beautiful e-mail. Although it made me sad, it also made me smile. What a lovely, caring thing to do.

Shipped at Amazon speed!
I found Paws in Padstow when it came up on Google as seemingly the only place I could get the Dicky Bag I was looking for in the size/colour I wanted. I have to say, I am so impressed with the service. They shipped my items at Amazon speed! I really wasn’t expecting them to show up that quickly. It’s a shame I don’t live anywhere near Padstow to visit the actual shop but at least I have the internet :)

Very Happy.
Placed a large order based on their story which is much similar to ours as a family. We are thriving in our new life and wanted to support someone who is doing the same. Absolutely no issues with the order, website was easy to use and the order was received by the promised date and was well packaged. Will definitely get my repeat business. Thank you.
