Would give them zero stars if i could. They market themselves to high risk small businesses because we’re easy targets!!! I’ve been ripped off thousands by PAYITLATER and have not even heard back from. THEY ARE TRASH - there’s a reason why it’s so easy to get approved by them!

Person to person pay is a complete scam. They hold the initial payment for 7 days and charge a fee. Then upon withdrawal they initially tell you they have successfully processed the withdrawal then tell you it takes 7 business days to be processed and charge another fee. After still not receiving the money and contacting them multiple times they tell you it will take 7 to 10 business days to receive they money. There is no reason for them holding the money this long. I now believe I may not even receive the money that come from a completely different party all together. Using Payitlater was supposed to be a safeguard tool to ensure both parties were happy. Now it seems Payitlater themselves are unsafe to use. Needs to be shut down altogether

I ran behind in a payment due to unforeseen illness I made the payments up of corse. Yet with no communication from pay it later they black listed me. They refused to acknowledge medical certificates I sent in to prove I was unwell and treated me like I was dirt under their feet. I’ve tried to get them to over turn their decision but to no avail due to rude people they hire. One guy I talked to wouldn’t even allow me to talk at all. Told me that they won’t trust someone that can’t pay their bills. Even though my reason was legit with medical evidence I was treated like scum. I have been to a couple different lay buy pay later people and have never been late on any payment. Think they pay it later are just very nasty people with poor customer service

Don't use them. Very sus and dodgy also they will steal your password so don't give them a password you use for anything else.

Untrustworthy and uncontactable company. Avoid at all costs.

I purchased an item using Payitlater but the shop failed to deliver despite many many unanswered emails.

I kept Payitlater fully informed but they also never replied to multiple emails or calls to try and fix this. I paid the full amount for the item but they kept charging fees even though I let them know at all times what was going on. Terrible, non-existant customer service.
