Untrustworthy Service and Unresolved Issues

Extremely disappointing experience with Paymob.

I have completely lost trust in this company. The service has been poor, support has been unresponsive, and staff repeatedly made promises that were never fulfilled. Every time we raised concerns, we were given assurances, but no actual action was taken.

On top of that, we were charged fees that were never clearly explained or agreed upon beforehand. The lack of transparency regarding charges is unacceptable for a payment service provider.

As a business owner, I expect honesty, reliable support, and clear communication. Unfortunately, Paymob has failed in all three areas. Hidden charges, unresolved issues, and a lack of accountability have made this one of the worst service experiences I have had.

I would not recommend Paymob to any business looking for a trustworthy payment partner.

Very disappointed.

Very disappointing experience with…

Very disappointing experience with Paymob support and payment settlement process. A customer payment was successfully deducted from the customer’s bank account on 26/05/2026, but the amount is still not credited to our account. We sent multiple emails and follow-ups, yet there has been no proper response or clarification from their team.

Because of this delay, our customer is losing trust in our company and questioning our business credibility. We are a legitimate documents clearing company with an office, website, and genuine customer base, but still facing unnecessary delays without transparency.

A payment gateway should provide quick support and clear communication, especially when business reputation and customer trust are involved. Very disappointed with the handling of this issue.

One of extreme non professional company…

One of extreme non professional company for support and onboarding and create one single MID. It took 4 weeks and still they FAILED to deliver the account. Serious merchants those are in the market and making business but for them their compliance extremely slow, lack of communications. Top of that they do not value their partnerships specially with Strabl. very week performance. By reading such low feedback. I think low reviews doesn't matter to them at all and experience doesn't matter for them at all.

Worst customer service lie and cheat about rates that don’t exist

Worst customer service, they don’t respond to your email and when they do they send a ai generated response that has nothing to do with your complaint.
THEY ALSO LIE AND CHEAT ! I have in writing that I would receive a certain percentage for the transaction however they have been charging way above the agreed rate. I have been fighting them for weeks and still got nowhere. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. Not a reliable company and after all the complaints I made I didn’t receive 1 phone call for an apology or resolution to fix what they have done. 0 stars.

You are cheating us

You are cheating us, they said we will charge 1.95% commission for premium card and 1.45% commission for non-premium card. Initially, they charged the same commission but since last month they are charging 1.95% for all cards. If I have any problem, if I email them, the sales person threatened to block my mail.

I have been subscribed to the services and promised by their staff on mail that as they have charged 1375 instead of 800 AED i dont have to pay 99 Aed per month i have been trying to reach them no response the guy provided me a number which no body is picking up also they are charging 2.2% instead of 1.5% as promised

للأسف تجربتي مع Paymob من أسوأ التجارب…
للأسف تجربتي مع Paymob من أسوأ التجارب اللي مريت بيها مع أي شركة. الخدمة ضعيفة جدًا والدعم الفني أبعد ما يكون عن توقعاتي. بدل ما ألاقي حلول أو متابعة جدية للمشاكل، لقيت بطء شديد وعدم اهتمام، وكأن العميل مش مهم. الواحد لما يتعامل مع شركة تكنولوجيا بيبقى متوقع إن الخدمة تكون على مستوى عالي من الاحترافية والدعم، لكن الواقع مع Paymob مختلف تمامًا. بصراحة التجربة دي خلتني أفقد الثقة تمامًا في الخدمة، وما أقدرش أنصح أي حد إنه يعتمد عليها.

Kabayan staff giline naive Taking money and running away. Seems like even their office is supports such staff hence not taking any action
