PBS Pet Travel Opiniões

Our three Australian kelpies were so well looked after and so happy when they arrived at Heathrow. Splendid service, splendid staff and happy dogs!

I just recently moved my 2 dogs back to Canada from the UK & PBS did an exceptional job helping me through what needed to be done. Communication was easy, & quick, & they were patient with me regarding all the ongoing questions I had. It’s very hard to move your animals especially a far distance, but thank you PBS! I would definitely recommend this company to anyone as they put your mind at ease during & after the commute. My babes are now safely home, & there wasn’t a single issue that I had. I can’t thank you guys enough!

Highly recommended, made the whole experience as smooth as possible. Provided all the details required and worked well with all other bodies the make the travel as stress free as possible

We moved from the UK to Thailand and PBS made this as easy as possible for us. The only work we had to do really was to take our dog to the vets for the vaccinations and health check up, the rest was done by PBS. Export permits, DEFRA certs, helping us find an importer in Thailand and even collection of our dog and check in at the airport.

Highly recommend!

We relocated from the UK to Austria with two cats, and PBS pet travel really went above and beyond to make this fairly stressful time a lot less stressful.

The cats have arrived safe and sound.

Thanks, Annabel!

As you can imagine trusting a company to relocate your family pet is no easy task. After much research we decided to use PBS & Snoopy Pets who worked together to transport our little dog from the UK to Dubai. We couldn’t have asked for a more professional and better experience. Their communication was outstanding and the process was seamless.

PBS Pet Travel is amazing. They went above and beyond to arrange travel for our 9-year-old golden from the UK to the US. The team was very responsive and worked out every small detail to make the trip for our precious pup as easy as possible. Highly recommend PBS Pet Travel.

Fantastic experience, from start to finish. I was let down by another pet travel 'specialist' who threw last minute issues at me with no proposals for resolving them. I googled, then contacted PBS and spoke to Annabel who went more than just the extra mile to arrange my dog's travel from Bath to Barcelona. It was all very last minute, with just a few days to go, everything was arranged. From delivery of travel crate, arrangement of the appropriate documents, pickup from Bath, vet check and certification then overnight kennels at Heathrow. Flight on time, arrived in Barcelona. Customs clearance was arranged also via PBS, and delivery to my front door in the centre of Barcelona. I cannot recommend enough. If you go elsewhere for your pet travel needs, you're an idiot.

Fantastic help and assurance from all at PBS especially Annabel in the UK in a very successful journey for Angel our cat to join her "mum" in Zambia from the UK . Everything arranged well each end talking to vets etc at each end , great pick up from Wimbledon , a long journey for Angel but thanks to PBS stress free for us and Angel . I'd say the best people for giving your pet a safe journey abroad one way or return . Simply the best many thanks John .

We moved our dog from the UK to the UAE - everything taken care of and very happy to have the family. Our main contact was Annabel, who was fab!

If you are looking to transport your pet overseas, I can very highly recommend PBS. Jason took care of every aspect of my golden retriever's journey from the UK to Sydney, making all the stages run smoothly and clear to understand. My dog arrived in excellent spirits and had obviously been well looked after during the time we were apart. Thank you, Jason!

Fantastic experience and customer service. PBS handles everything well, my cat arrives from the UK to HK safe and sound.

Jason was brilliant from start to finish. He made a very stressful move from the U.K. to Dubai smooth and reassuring! Highly recommend!

The folks at PBS are so wonderfully professional and extremely friendly. Moving my two kids(Pomeranians) back to Colorado from England using PBS made my life simple. Best of all they were in touch when the dogs were placed in the aircraft and when they landed and cleared customs. Highly recommend using PBS.

The team were fantastic. Responsive, caring and helped us out promptly when we had issues with both BA and Customs. Very happy owners and dogs.

Jason was absolutely brilliant and went above and beyond to help make everything run smoothly. He was incredibly patient with our many questions and helped to ease the anxiety I felt transporting my dog to Canada. Would highly recommend.

We just used PBS to move our nervous Romanian rescue from the UK to the USA (very well travelled dog at this point!) And it was a great experience. Annabel was very helpful and answered my many queries and concerns throughout the process. They managed to prepare and have everything ready for the move very quickly.
On the day of travel, our dog was collected bang on time and transported to the airport. I was messaged at each stage - arrival, check in and once they had boarded. There were no issues on the other side and our dog was available to pickup in the time stated.

I also found PBS to be the most affordable quote when looking at other options. I did need a new crate (my mistake with measurements!) and they arranged for a new affordable one to be delivered right away to get our dog used to it.

I was very anxious about flying our dog over in the cargo hold but it was as stress free as it could be. Thank you for everything!

Annabel at PBS Pet Travel has looked after us superbly as we shipped our dog from London to Miami for the first time. I will use PBS every time in future. Their attention to detail and constant reassurance has been quite extraordinary. What a quality company!

We cannot thank Jason and all at PBS enough for the help and support in relocating our very small and nervous dog to Australia from the UK. This 6 month process felt daunting at times, but Jason was always on the other end of the phone reassuring us and providing us the right information in a caring manner. The process couldn’t have gone any smoother thanks to Jason.

Jason from PBS took all the stress away from transporting my two cats to Spain. Everything went really smoothly and although I was initially anxious about the whole process my cats were delivered on time and quickly settled in.
