Well, I'm here to offer a good experience with PCCZone especially since dissatisfied customers (which there will always be a few), are much more motivated than the people with a perfectly satisfactory transaction. I suspect the majority are just that, or they wouldn't have lasted even this long. I admit, I saw a couple of scalding reviews here, and almost got cold feet, but I went through with my order, and I'm happy I did. I had a decidedly "un-glamorous" beast of a workstation built with no hitches at all. I asked for recommendations after making my initial choices and was guided in the right direction for my needs. Communication was very good through email and ticket portal, while not overtly "bubbly", I'd say. I found them to be very professional, and provided a detailed invoice of the build in progress once payment was received, and my machine was delivered within their up-front time estimate for my type of build. I would recommend them for all your no-nonsense workstation or gaming PC builds.

VERY bad. On the website: Their clientele "service" is reserved to their clients only (what about future clients??). I asked what I'd need describing clearly what Im looking for, actually the only thing I needed to know was "intel Core i5 or more?". They replied in ENGLISH when they have a french section and I sent a message in french? I told them it wasn't very professional of them and they replied with high level of condescendance and told me it was quite obvious they only have professional computers. Professional but not able to reply to a simple question. Told me to go to the local store when it's very far, told me they don't answer questions by phone either. Very limited possibilities, right? They preferred wasting their time telling me they don't do clientele service, never apologized for their message in english or their bad professionalism, than replying to the first simple question. If I could I'd share screenshots...

I had a terrible experience with PCCZone. I would not recommend to anyone thinking about purchasing a custom built PC on the web.
These are the specs for my build requested.

Windows: Microsoft Windows 10 Home.
SSD: Corsair Force MP500 120GB M.2 SSD HDD.
Computer Case: Fractal Design Define R5 Black Window Mid Tower Case.
Mother Board: GIGABYTE Z370 AORUS Gaming 5.
Processor: Intel Coffee Lake i7 8700 3.2ghz.
CPU cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO`
Power Supply: Corsair RM850x 850W 80PLUS Gold Fully Modular PSU.
Ram: Corsair Vengeance DDR4 32GB (4x8GB)
Graphics Card: Asus ROG NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1080 8GB DDR5 Video Card STRIX-GTX1080-A8G-GAMING.
Optical Drive: LG Black 16x Blu Ray Writer Combo SATA Optical Drive

When I received the PC the first time around. I noticed the Hyper 212 evo was slightly loose in the case. Thinking this was common and the hyper 212 evo does have a slight wiggle (reading on forums) I believed this issue to be proper. But I soon realized that my CPU temps were idling at 60 degrees Celsius (which is not proper) Taking a closer look I soon realized that the cooler was too lose (had a wobble illustrated in a video I took and posted to You tube for other opinions). I sent it back to PCCZone for repairs.

Before returning the product I requested and RMA ticket and what shipping method I should use. The customer service rep told me that I needed to pack the computer with bubble wrap completely. So I used bubble wrap and packed the remainder of the space in the parcel with crumpled paper so that the PC would not move around in the box.

Upon arrival at the PCCzone office. I was told there was "shipping damage due to the way I have shipped and packaged my product." The cooler had come right off the CPU, which wouldn't have happened if it wasn't initially loose "in shipping". And the graphics card back plate had been bent, as well as the PSU had been bent almost a full inch up off the bottom of the computer case.

I was told that my 1 year warranty (that I paid for) was voided by the fact that the Bracket that holds the cooler was bent. They explained to me this could only be caused/possible by physical tampering of the bracket. Even tho The only changes I personally made to the PC build was Installation of both an SSD and HDD into the case for extra hard drive space. (successful install of my old hard drives into quick swap bays in the case).

In the end I was forced to pay for repairs (new cooler being a water cooling unit) corsair H60 and an hourly rate for their technician, bringing a hefty price on an already hefty costing build.

Upon arrival at my home, I saw that there was no physical damage on the parcel/box (same one I sent it in) was sent back to me in the same box. There was scrapes and bumps on the corners of the computer case. Leading me to believe it was dropped out of box (after shipping). After a week of use. I began reading up on PC builds, and soon realized during repairs, my video card had been installed into the wrong slot on the mother board. (PCI express x8 slot, instead of the PCI express x16 slot) which makes the video card less efficient and under powered. Also noting that upon receive of the unit that the Front intake fan was not running.

Due to these previous statements, and my personal experience with PCCZone, I would not recommend association with this business, at least for pre-built custom builds. Not only was it difficult to communicate because they only use online support tickets, my one phone call I received from them was very unpleasant and they refused to hear my voice and my opinions. The person I talked to on the phone was very rude and would not even listen to what I had to say.
