I ordered a small part with a £12 fee for delivery. After a week I had to chase the part as I'd received no correspondence. The part was then dispatched.
Disappointed that I had to chase the delivery despite the £12 charge for delivery.

Hello Mitchell, thanks for sharing your feedback.
We're sorry that you experienced problems with your recent order and delivery.
The part you ordered was not in stock and we had to manufacture it for you, but we failed to tell you this and provide you with a delivery date.
This is not a common instance and we want to do better.
Please contact Matthew in our Customer Service team using sales@pclairtechnology.com with any further comments, concerns, or suggestions you wish to share. We'd love to make things right for you in the future.
