I recently ordered a replacement Ideal Standard soft close toilet seat from PCS Bathrooms and had a great experience. The product I received was the genuine branded item, offered at a significantly discounted price compared to other retailers.

The website originally stated that delivery could take up to 7 days, but I was pleasantly surprised when the item arrived on the 3rd day. Everything was well packaged and exactly as described.

Overall, I’m very happy with the purchase — excellent value for money, genuine product, and faster delivery than expected. I would definitely consider ordering from PCS Bathrooms again and would recommend them to others.

I had a great experience with PCS Bathrooms. I ordered a thermostatic shower and some basin taps and they were as described and very competitively priced. Customer Service was very responsive and friendly and I would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them to friends. I have had to return the taps (my fault, too small) and the returns process is straightforward.

This website has been a godsend I have purchased my showers, taps etc for house renovations- at absolutely rock bottom pricing. Top brands Hansgrohe, Roca ,Ideal etc. Communication & delivery very good.

Fantastic service and very quick delivery. Initially I was a bit hesitated about limited reviews on trustpilot and given heavily discounted branded products on their site, thought it might be too good to be true. However, I thought to give a try and within two days I received the order exactly as it was described, after that I placed three different orders within less 10 days and all arrived in perfect condition, I would have given them more than 5 stars if it was possible. Thanks a lot PCS staff. Would definitely order from them again.

Shame it only goes to 5 stars. Queried whether Mira shower had guarantee, prompt response to say YES.
Notification of despatch and super fast delivery. Everything as described in Mira box with guarantee and it was NEW exactly as described. Excellent company to deal (this after attempting to buy a non existent vacuum cleaner from another online company). If my experience is anything to go by this company is highly recommended as one that supplies what it advertises both quickly and efficiently. Many thanks, if I need further bathroom supplies they will be my first port of call to see if they can supply.

Fantastic service and very quick delivery. However so glad I ordered from these guys as the service was great, (they shipped item within couple of hours of purchasing, received tracking details promptly and item got delivered in 2 days) and got hansgrohe shower head with 80% discount. Would definitely order from them again.

Needed the JT Flow shower waste which other companies charging £36 plus delivery. Order one from PCS for £15 including delivery, arrived by Royal mail in 2 days. Very happy with item and would recommend and use them again.

I was looking for a particular bath waste and overflow fitting, which was extortionate in most places. I was beginning to lose hope when up popped PCS Bathrooms, selling the exact set at a considerable discount.

I did wonder if it was a case of 'too good to be true' but I took the plunge and couldn't be happier. Item arrived exactly as described and came much sooner than I anticipated.

I was so pleased I went back and bought a bathroom sink tap from their silly sale, the discount really was silly!
