I simply don't understand why there are so many negative reviews for this wonderful eye wand! My optician recommended it to me to help manage my blepharitis, and I have to say that it's a great little product. It definitely does heat up in 1 minute, and I have not experienced any charging issues whatsoever.

As for their Customer Service, I can only speak as I find, and my query was handled super efficiently in terms of resolving my query, and most especially regarding speedy, polite and positive communications.

When I read these reviews I just could not relate to them, and I can only assume these people must have been dealing with a completely different Team than the ones I have just been talking to.

So, my advice to anyone wishing to try this product is buy with confidence - I love this wand, and if you have a problem reach out to their customer services team whom I can unreservedly recommend.

I am genuinely sorry for those that have not had the positive experience I have, but I LOVE THIS HEATED WAND!!! Thanks to all at PeepClub!

Bought the wand a couple of weeks ago to try treating with my dry eye condition. Having used it pretty consistently since then, it doesn't seem to have made any difference. I even bought the coconut balm as my optician seemed to rave about this. The balm just seems to aggravate my eye further. Overall, I'd avoid this product as a dry eye treatment.

I used the Peep Club Wand a few times on my under-eye and upper eyelid, and it caused more puffiness for me instead of reducing it.

I ordered 10 days ago and have received no product, no notice of shipment, and no update.
I have asked for a refund. I believe this is a scam

Buyer beware. My order was placed on December 3. Not yet shipped and no one at the company responds to emails. There is no phone number to call for customer service.

I believe I was lied to by the marketing representative handling their Instagram social media. They told me the package would be shipped out to me over the weekend. As of this AM, order status still says “Preparing shipment”, and they have provided no explanation for the further delay. Their website said the order would arrive in 5 to 8 days, and also says they respond "in person" to emails within 48 hours. Nope... completely false advertising.

My optometrist recommended this product for my severe dry eye syndrome due to celiac disease. I’m pretty desperate and in pain. Was hoping to have this in hand by now. I’m seeing quite a few reviews online about others having placed orders with no product received after weeks gone by. Even one reviewer who was accidentally cc’d on an internal email that expressed no concern over the lack of product fulfillment.

Ordered from PEEPCLUB the Eye Wand for dry eyes on 10 November. Fully paid, credit card shows invoice amount collected. Yet I have not received the product 19 days later. Nor have I had any response to my enquiries via their website customer service and there is no phone number to call. Postal tracking number is not correct as there is no record of the provided tracking number to UK Postal Service. I will likely never receive the product nor able to obtain a refund! Scammed! Never again will I use or recommend this company - they do not proved good service at all.

Terrible customer service, paid for next day delivery and didn't receive my item, the order is still showing as processing. I emailed them as no phone number, only to receive an automated email saying it could take upto 5 days for a reply. Customers order next day for a specific reason, if no one's around to answer a query for anything upto 5 days then next day delivery shouldn't be available. So disappointed as this was recommended by my optician. Left messages on various social media platforms and still no response.

As a long time dry eye sufferer I was skeptical but I’m loving the eye spray and balm so far! Really helping to hydrate my eyes

Purchased because my eyes have been very watery over spring and irritated. I'm impressed so far - I look forward to using the wand at night and do think my eyes are watering less (and definitely feel better)

Purchased for dry eyes and have been using for 5-6 weeks. Has caused irritation and extremely sore/red eyes, feels like my dry eyes are worse than before.

I am 51 years old, and for the first in decades I have seen my eye sight deteriorate and prescription change. All in past few weeks since using the wand.

Regret purchasing this as has damaged my sight.

You can get the exact same product on Amazon for just $19.99 — the only difference is the Peep logo slapped on it. No need to spend $75!

The product itself feels super cheap, and it actually takes 3–4 minutes to fully heat up, not just one minute as claimed.

I’m a huge fan of Peep Club’s dry eye spray. It relieves my tired (toddler mum) eyes instantly and I love that it’s free from alcohol and preservatives as I have sensitive skin. Highly recommend.

Can't go anywhere without the eye spray. It's my favourite thing to take with me - especially when I'm travelling or spending long days at my laptop. It has completely relieved my itchy red eyes and become a crucial part of my daily routine. I could not recommend more for anyone suffering from dry eyes like I have been for the last 5 years.

If you try and recharge the Peep Club Heated Eye Wand using the cable provided after the battery has completely run out of charge, it will not recharge. The device does get warm, which indicates something is happening, but the battery will not recharge itself no matter how long you leave it connected to an electricity supply. It seems that the device cannot be used once the battery runs out of its initial charge. I have had this experience with two devices. Very frustrating.

Really disappointed that this company invited me to complete a survey with the promise of a free product. I completed the survey and the code for the product didn’t work. They just didn’t have enough product to cover all the surveys and they thought it was ok to just withdraw the offer when they had extracted the survey from their customers. If you promise something you should deliver it. When I expressed my disappointment, they accidentally copied me on an internal email! Very poor.

I have just bought the heated wand to use on my dry eyes and so far I am very impressed with it.
I have been using microwaveable eye masks to apply warmth to my eyes and it is hard to get them to the right temperature.
This little wand with its heat, massage and red light function does the job very well and my eyes already feel soothed.
Whilst I don’t normally deal with companies who don’t put a physical address on their websites (something I thought was illegal) and who don’t have a phone number, I made an exception in this case.
I have given only 4 stars as peepclub make a big deal about their ethical and sustainability credentials and yet the instructions that come with the wand imply that it will only last a year, which is very disappointing.

Do not buy from this company. I bought the eye spray with high hopes but was very disappointed. It is very difficult to direct the spray on the eye. Additionally, the spray made my eyes smart and sting so badly I couldn't open them for a few minutes. I persevered hoping I would get used to it, but the spray continued to sting my eyes. I emailed the company with feedback but they never replied!!! There is no other way to contact them. I do not believe the 5* reviews on their site. Be careful... spray is useless and the company is lousy!

The cleansing lash foam is absolute genius. It melts away my eye make up with no rubbing required. I always find removers irritating but not this one. Feels luxurious. I didn't realise how poor my existing make-up remover was (supposed to be good) until I tried this one. I shall definitely be re-ordering. Also company are absolutely lovely. Very helpful with advice. Fantastic customer service.
