I needed refills for my Cross Rollerball Pen and as I am not very clever with some firms computer systems I phoned and spoke to The vPen Shop.

What I bought did not work properly!The Waterman converter would barely turn which is what it is supposed to do. I am still working on it. The ordering and delivery was done perfectly for which I give you five stars. I have already reported this previously which perhaps you haven't seen.

From ordering to receiving thus beautiful pen was an excellent experience. I took my pen to church and used it for the first time to make notes. I am very pleased with the cross.

Correct Item delivered more quickly than expected

Hi Will, I have not received my order. I see an email from.parcelforce that they addressee refused to accept. That is not the case. No courier cslled to my home on 21st November as my wife was at home and I have a recording bell.
