Really disappointed with the service from The Penshop.
I ordered a pen for my son from them. Their website does say if you have engraving it will be the colour of the barrel but when ordering a silver pen you would expect the metal to match, and if not potentially warned.
The pen arrived in good time before Christmas but the engraving looked awful due to the colour mismatch and I have asked multiple times if anything can be done.
It has now been 3 weeks and multiple emails but they have now gone silent and are not responding. I have also asked for a call from their CEO who has responded to other disappointed threats on the Trustpilot site.
Complete waste of £120+.

Be warned the refund does not apply to engraved pens.

Purchased a pen from this Co they passed the pen to Amazon delivery who failed to deliver the pen or lost the pen en route, I contacted the pen shop who sent the delivery note to me indicating that it had been delivered to the correct address, they refuse to contact Amazon delivery to find out what happened to my purchase even though their contract is with Amazon delivery. Sent e-mails to their customer service who just appear to ignore them and do not respond.

Altho.i contacted you.immediately after my order when a change could clesrly have been made, you waited over 24 hours to tell me nothing could be done.
Nor was there ant information to suggest why your website changed my address automatically.
Polite but useless.i will surely avoid engaging with you again

The Cross refill's I ordered in July 2022 were out of stock so I asked if customer services could advise me when they were next available. To my amazement they kept my name on their list & have let me know the refills have just arrived, almost exactly a year later. I am impressed that customer services kept my details after such a length of time & did indeed let me know. I am very grateful.

I recently ordered 2 Parker pens from The Pen Shop. They were delivered promptly with a special anniversary discount. I have dealt with this company on several occasions and have always received great personal service. Best wishes. John Barfoot

Very slow response from the customer survice. I gave the 1st email on 30th May and today is 6th June, still I haven’t completed my order. Last 5 days no reply of the mail. I tried to contact them over phone and it directed me towards email.

Prompt response to enquiries, good prices, fast despatch - good allround service!

I ordered 2 Mont Blanc ballpoint refills on 27/04/2023
I received an invoice with Royal Mail tracking attached
Every day I checked to tracking and everyday it stated that the Pen Shop had dispatched the item to Royal Mail but they had not received it
After 10 days I contacted the pen shop customer services to be told that it was currently with Royal Mail and would arrive shortly
It never did arrive
Eventually sally in Customer Service apologised and shipped out another one which arrived 17 days after my initial order was placed
Not good enough for a reputable company
I will not use you again

I recently tried the art supplies from this store, and I am blown away by their performance. The colored pencils are smooth and blendable, allowing me to create beautiful gradients and intricate details.

I ordered a pen from the Pen Shop website and when it arrived I was disappointed that it wasn't as good as it looked in the photograph. I explained in an email back to them that I'd ordered the pen as a gift and that I wouldn't be comfortable giving it. Sally from Customer Services was very understanding and offered a replacement, refund etc. I ordered another pen from the site, which arrived promptly and was exactly what I had been looking for. Sally sent a link to print a Royal Mail return, and it has gone back in the post and hopefully a refund will appear in my account soon. Excellent customer services after the original sale, with great communication from the customer services team. I would use the company again in the future based on this experience.

This pen store has an incredible selection of writing instruments - I found the perfect pen for my needs, and the staff was knowledgeable and helpful.

I placed an order using a Groupon Voucher in November 2022. After 3 emails the pen has still not arrived. I received a reply to my first email but nothing since. I have requested a refund to no avail thus far.
