We’re sorry for the frustration caused by the delayed reply to your message — this is not the level of responsiveness we aim to provide. After reviewing the case internally, we did locate your email and regret that, due to an unexpected staffing issue, it was not handled as quickly as it should have been. For that, we sincerely apologize.

Regarding your order, it was dispatched promptly from our facilities and tracking details were sent automatically. According to the courier’s tracking history, the shipment reached the local facility the following day, experienced two delivery exceptions, and was then transferred to a local partner to complete delivery. The parcel was successfully delivered shortly after.

During our review, we also noticed that different contact details were used across communications, which may have contributed to the confusion.

The BDU 2.0 pants have undergone controlled production updates over the years, including fabric sourcing and dyeing processes. While the design specifications remain consistent, variations in fabric behavior during dyeing and finishing can result in minor dimensional differences between production runs.

That said, a measurable waist deviation of the kind you describe should not occur within the same labeled size. This will be escalated to our product development and quality control teams for review against the specific production batch.

We are sorry to read that your experience did not meet expectations.

At Pentagon Tactical we take product claims and customer support seriously. In this case, we confirmed from the beginning that the jacket could be returned for technical inspection and refund if a manufacturing defect was verified. Due to courier limitations in the customer’s area, alternative return options were discussed while arrangements were being confirmed.

Unfortunately, the product was disposed of before the return process was completed, which made inspection and refund processing impossible under our policy and standard warranty procedures.

We understand the frustration involved and regret that the matter did not reach the resolution the customer hoped for. Our team remains committed to transparent processes, consistent policy application, and continuous improvement of our service.

Please note that once a parcel leaves our warehouse, the courier provider (in this case FedEx) becomes fully responsible for the handling and delivery times. Shipping fees are collected on our checkout but are directly linked to the courier service chosen, and any delays or failures are unfortunately beyond our control.

That said, we always want to help our customers. If you can provide us with your order details, our customer support team will investigate what happened and assist you in addressing the issue with FedEx.

After reviewing your comment, we are unable to trace an order under your name in our online store. Please note, however, that customs duties, taxes, and handling fees are always the responsibility of the customer, as they are determined by each country’s regulations and applied directly by customs authorities or the courier. These costs are not set by Pentagon Tactical, and we have no way of knowing in advance what each country or carrier will charge.

We do our best to be transparent about this in our online policy, but unfortunately, the additional amount charged by FedEx is beyond our control. For this reason, we believe your review reflects more on the courier’s billing practice than on our brand or service.
