Ayant besoin de deux joints plats pour mon adoucisseur Pentair Slimline, j’ai désespérément cherché ces joints sur internet.
A priori, cette dimension de joint est très spécifique et j’ai du contacter Pentair .
Le service Pentair m’a répondu qu’il ne traitait pas avec les utilisateurs mais uniquement avec les revendeurs.
Pentair ne m’a jamais indiqué la référence du joint et j’ai du me débrouiller seul afin de trouver cette référence.
Après plusieurs échanges, Pentair m’a renvoyé vers trois revendeurs régionaux, que j’ai contacté. Un seul m’a répondu et lorsque je indiqué que c’était pour acheter deux joints, plus de nouvelle.
Donc si vous voulez acheter un adoucisseur Pentair, pas de problème, mais plus personne pour fournir des petits composants.

I had a Pentair pool heater that failed…

I had a Pentair pool heater that failed while still under warranty. The issue was with the heat exchanger, and I had two separate technician visits. During the first visit, I was not there and I felt the inspection was not done properly or they falsified that report too So, I requested a second technician, and this time I was present during the inspection.

The second technician clearly confirmed that the issue was due to a failure in the heat exchanger, not related to water chemistry or maintenance. He showed me that if it were a chemical issue, the copper piping would have shown signs of erosion, which was not the case. He stated the failure was due to their system and should be covered under warranty.

However, Pentair later emailed me, falsely claiming that the technician’s report stated it was due to water damage, which is not covered under warranty. This is a complete misrepresentation of the technician’s report,

This experience has shown me that Pentair is not trustworthy and refuses to stand behind their warranty. I would strongly advise others to avoid their products, as they manipulate reports to avoid honoring their warranty.

Wir bedanken und ganz herzlich

Wir haben vor etwas mehr als einem Jahr eine Plancofix Bodeneinlaufpumpe in unser neues Bad einbauen lassen. Aus welchem Grund auch immer wurde nunmehr erst festgestellt, dass die Rückschlagklappe nicht mit eingebaut wurde. Lt. Installateur war diese nicht in dem Karton enthalten und auch nicht bereits an der Hydraulik montiert gewesen.
Wir haben Pentair/ Jung das Problem an einem Sonntag per Mail geschildert, an dem darauffolgenden Montag hatten wir bereits eine Antwort, wonach uns kostenfrei diese Rückstauklappe geliefert wird.
Wir bedanken uns ganz herzlich bei Pentair/ Jung für diese absolut reibungslose Abwicklung. Die Klappe ist nun eingebaut und jetzt läuft alles, wie es soll.

Purchased a brand new heat pump…

Purchased a brand new heat pump Ultratemp 120Q.
It never worked. Was told that I had to make a warranty claim. I have been waiting six weeks now and still no parts to fix it and Pentair will not replace the "Brand New" unit that has never worked. Pentair is at the top of my list of worst companies ever. Five phone calls and no one at Pentair could care less.

Nie wieder Jung

Nie wieder Jung, kauft besser Grundfos! Eine Schraube mit U-Scheibe hat sich nach Inbetriebnahme der Compli 400 - Version 10 direkt gelöst! Diese konnte ich zum Glück aus der Rückschlagklappe ziehen(hat sich verhakt). Jetzt wollte ich eine Reserveschaube kaufen, welche mir der Jung Kundenservice nicht mal anbieten konnte. Nach langer Suche habe ich nun das Ersatzeil gefunden, dies soll unverschämte 60,--€ kosten.

Von Jung ist inzwischen abzuraten!
Der damalige hohe Service ist komplett verloren! Eine einfache Kulante Kundenhilfe bei Produktionsfehlern gibt es schlichtweg nicht mehr!

I have a 3.5 year old Pentair pool…

I have a 3.5 year old Pentair pool heater. I also have a solar pool heating system on the roof. I also have a salt water cell chlorine system. The solar system means in 3.5 years I have used the pool heater very little, less than ten times. The pool heater failed. Pentair told me to pound sand. Tough luck. Out of warranty. This is complete BULLSHIT and piss poor customer service. The unit was manufactured during the COVID time period. The manufacturing was defective. But Pentair couldn’t care less. Buy another brand.

Fuyez les pompes PENTAIR et AZIALO

Pompe STR103 HS après un an de fonctionnement, alors que la précédente a fonctionné plus de 13 ans exactement dans le même environnement !

Expertise technique Nulle : La panne viendrait de l’absence de Pool Terre alors qu’il est présent et branché depuis plus de 40 ans – cf photos !

Réparabilité PENTAIR Nulle : Axe cassé, pompe non réparable car axe indisponible en pièces détachées alors que la pompe est sous garantie et toujours fabriquée !!!

Commercialement malhonnêtes : proposition de 10 € de remise pour le rachat de la pompe à 700 €, alors que le défaut de qualité leur incombe pour cette pompe garantie deux ans.

Purchased a new Pentair Pool Heater for…

Purchased a new Pentair Pool Heater for a new home pool and when we installed, it did not come on at all. no display on controller or anything. Pentair will not send a new unit or tech out to fix it. They will not take ownership of the problem as we purchased new from Lesli pools. We've been dealing with Lesli pools who sold us the heater and they will not fix the problem either as we are out of service area. Very disappointing and frustrating.

pentair destroys local family trust after 40 years

my family business has been a pentair dealer for over 40 years. No more They have cut medium to small pool dealers off from supply. They are also dropping lots of product. They care nothing about their dealers. they refused my $182,000 dollar order. Just high paid executives making bad decisions. Next they will cut product quality. This is coming from a once loyal 40 year dealer. Trust me stay away I am leaving

RUINED OUR NEW POOL

I do not recommend this company or their products. Their cleaners are the worst and have damaged our pool. What has Pentair done about it???? Sent a rep out to take notes and NOTHING STILL!!!!! RUINED OUR PLASTER AND NOT TAKING CARE OF US but took the MONEY 💰

Do not buy Pentair Pumps.

Bought a pool cleaner pump in January of 2023. Here in Dallas Texas with weather in the 80's and 90's why is the pump housing leaking. Freezing weather, nope not exactly. Defective Pump Housings. Hearing from the repair company their product is not holding up and they are not standing behind their product. I will never allow another Pentair product on my property.

Had an ic20 fail out of the box and 2…

Had an ic20 fail out of the box and 2 months and many emails later I get the response "The product is out of stock until July 30th. This response only came after I emailed the entire company. They lied to the BBB stating that they have left several unanswered voice mails. Other competitors abound with better product and less price. The quality has gone down while the prices have gone up.

Customer Service - not here!

Had our pool installed about 2 years ago. Starting a few months after completion it's been one thing after another. I understand sometime parts fail but the problem is that it's almost impossible to reach anyone at Pentair customer service unless you're willing to sacrifice an entire day of being on hold. And when you email, they literally respond 2 weeks later with questions that you've already answered resulting in another email and another 2 week wait. It's a joke. If you have any other options, use a different pool equipment provider.

Je confirme, déja avec un pisciniste qui repond aux abonnés Absent qui a installé notre piscine aux travers de multiple sous traitants en Avril 2021 nous a installé un filtre à sable SR610 avec son kit vanne KV15 Pentair 1 "1/2, vanne déja cassée fissurée et qui se trouve dans notre garage donc aucune contraite après un peu plus de 2 ans d'utilisation. J'ai tenté via CF.Group St Quentin F mais en tant qu'individuelle ou il vous invite gentillement à aller voir ailleurs...... Je déconseille vivement materiel, pisciniste et grossiste qui vous laisse avec votre problèmatique

This company is too big for its own…

This company is too big for its own good. Pentair sold me a $3,000 pool cleaner (Dolphin) which went bust 6 months after warrantee expiration.
The company took a week to get back to me only to get a person calling me at an inconvenient time during the middle of my work day. She then put me on hold for 50 minutes to get another lady who had no idea of the situation, was smug about my warrantee and scoffing at the idea of reimbursement.
She then offers nothing but an address to get the unit fixed. That address wasn't even in the right country.

Don't buy Pentair. They design their equipment to break after warrantee so you buy another unit. They are slow and provide very bad customer service.

Good luck trying to buy a replacement part

I've used pentair pool equipment and products for quite some time. Usually reliable, but pricy. Needed to order a part for an intelliflow pump and was quite surprised to learn they DONT SELL PARTS. Why provide a schematic in owners manuals describing all available parts, and then not sell them.

I will make it my life's mission to NEVER buy another item from Pentair and I will encourage all friends and relatives to do the same.

First off I love Pentair products I…

First off I love Pentair products I believe their equipment may be the best in the industry. As for the Tec support, they get a -5 Stars. They did call me back in 30 minutes. I was trying to specify the proper touch screen kit for my pump. (BTW Pentair, your phone app is a POS) Got shunted off to India where I did get the correct P/N for the kit and then they proceeded to tell me I needed basically every part except the physical motor to go with it, TEN SEPERATE PARTS. Clearly had not a clue as to their job. Pentair PULL YOUR HEAD OUT!!

sold an expensive lemon . Didn't work the very first day and no response for over a week from Pentair

I bought a new pentair VSF 3.0 HP pump from an authorized dealer and got it installed by him . The pump did not pump enough water from the get go. It was pumping 30-32 ml on 80% and 40 on 100% power. this was bought and instaleed just six days ago. It seemed odd and I checked on Google and then contact the dealer TC pool supplies in Anaheim from whom I bought equipment. He told me that the pool pump is defective and needs to be replaced and asked me to contact Pentair. I did the same day. I was given a ticket number and asked to register the product though the person on the line had all my details and verified it. I registered and have written to them no one has answered me yet. I have called them and the hold time are over 30 mins with monotonus music. I am at my wits end. I paid 3750 $ for the pool and installation. I have done everything by the book. Pentair has not replied to my complaints. I am not sure if they will. I hope I don't have to take some legal action. I am a senior citizen and don't have time for all this. I would like them to answer the call and replace the lemon they have sold me with a good one.
