Perfect Corset NY Clothing Opiniões 

This has been going on for at least a fortnight. I'd wanted a corset for ages and they seem to make them well.
It arrived promptly, the cinch actually feels great! But the bra cup size is too small.
I'd tried asking sizing advice through their chat service before ordering and got nothing intelligible besides the waist measurement being most important.
I'm prepared to pay the discounted rate for a replacement but I would like the right size this time.
9 emails later and I'm trying to spell out in toddler terms how bra sizing works and to find out which cup size I need. M D-E or E-F? Or scrap the waist sizing advice and get a L C-D, or is it two cup sizes that I need to increase with the L D-E?
-Or- if they want me to play it by trial and error, will they replace it again? (This one they won't answer)

They have my measurements, how could this be such a goddamned headache?

Update.
There's a "handling fee" of $50AUD + $20 shipping for the returns on their "guarantee". So much for actually getting this thing on special.
Assuming that it even fits this time.
That is definitely scam territory.

I made and order, and then read these bad reviews, however!! I got my fantastic corset made from a very good material, think and easy to tie up yourself! Shipping was a bit slow (2weeks to Sweden), but I am inlove with it! I recommend to buy!

Horrible company. I wanted to return right when I got it since it was too small on me, but they replied I must purchase return on their website it worth 30$ each plus shipping. I complained to me credit card / made a claim and shortly after they send me an address to send it back to in CA. I paid 15$ send it back, they would not give me my money back still since claim was still up with my credit card company. So I cancelled the claim, they said claim still open and would not process the return. I made another claim on my credit card and waiting for resolution. Tracking shows they got corsets back to the warehouse in CA. It’s a scam company. No corsets no money

Absolutely terrible. Tried avoiding providing me with a refund as promised by online policy. Not manufactured in the U.S. (as the name suggests), but in a China warehouse on a road corner. Strongly tried to hide this from me after I requested a return address for a refund numerous times, instead tried offering more discounts and deals (I assume to push out the 2-week return policy so they could deny me a refund). This was coupled with lack of response to many of my emails. Eventually gave me the address and advised I would have to return to China, instructed me to lie on customs declaration about the value of goods (a federal offence), then refused to accept the customs delivery, meaning the item racked up delayed customs fees (sat in customs for 1 month). They then made me pay these fees in order to get my refund. Also refused to tell me their business number despite numerous requests. Products are low quality, corset 'ties' are literally string I would buy from a supermarket. You would be better off buying corset for $8.53 on eBay (they likely come from the same place and would save you the exorbitant $200+ cost). Would recommend avoiding this business at all costs - they are certainly not the sophisticated U.S.-based apparel line they appear to be on Instagram. I have lodged an official complaint with the Federal Trade Commission about this scam business.

Beautiful corset, not cheap quality, beautiful colour… like suntan… absolutely worth it the 65 Euro !!! It takes some time until you get it, but when writing a mail to the company, you get answer immediately.

They aren’t terrible. The reviews scared me pretty good. I did get my products within reasonable time and when I reached out about my tracking info, they contacted me next day with valid tracking info. However, when I did get what I ordered, it is darn near impossible to put on and doesn’t hold shape like pictured. It’s great for super skinny girls with small chests. I am a curvy girl, with an athletic build and C/D cups, I purchased mediums for both corsets and stretched it out as much as it allowed and it did not fit or contour me as desired and shown as easy to do. Maybe with help from another person, it might possibly fit accordingly, but to put on by myself is a no go. They don’t look or feel cheap, but not really for thicker girls idk

I bought a corset from them recently having seen Taylor from LIB wear it and I made sure to check their sizing chart and even spoke to one of their associates via their chat function before making the purchase to make sure it would fit.

Unfortunately the bra cups are just way too big and there's no way that it's an A /B cup at all as it just gapes. I contacted them for a refund as their website clearly stated there is a 14 day refund policy but they can only offer an exchange.

What's the point in that when I've already told them their smallest size is too big for me? They're saying that there might be perfume or residue so they can't accept any refunds but that clearly goes against what it says on their website. Also, surely they can just inspect the item when it's returned to them and if there are any defects they can refuse to accept it?

I get there are exceptions to refunds which is listed on their website as: corset with rhinestones/fringe lingeries, accessories, 40% off (40%off included)sale. However, this is just a plain black corset and does not fall into any of those categories.

I purchased it from the UK so it would have been impossible for me to know if it fits or not without trying it on. It all sounds like a con to me and now I'm £70 out of pocket with a brand new item with tags on that I've tried on for literally 5 mins and they won't give me my money back.

Wish I'd read these reviews first before buying anything from them! Posting this so no one else falls for their trap. Don't ever expect them to accept a refund for any reason even if it's in pristine condition.

SCAM SCAM SCAM! Placed an order September 18th 2024 and never got the item, never got a shipping update past the first one. I’ve now tried to contact them TWICE and no response, no nothing. Might as well burn your money, at least you’ll get some heat from it rather than the NOTHING you’ll get here.

When I read the awful reviews, I wrote off the money I spent on getting two corsets. But how wrong I was!!
I felt I had to write this review because the corsets that arrived only a week later, are amazing! I am 5ft 7 and a size 12 with a DD bust and I bought a medium, D and they are perfect. Literally give me the most hour glass figure, easy to put on and weirdly not uncomfortable. The quality is great and I am sooo happy.
I have no clue what the hell the negative comments are about unless they bought from another company!!

No return policy they only offer a 15% refund or a 30% exchange. Stay away.

I ordered 4 corsets when they were in sale, but only when I tried to return them they told me I can't return them if they were sold in sale. I ordered 2 different sizes to fit the corset.

Please make sure you state this CLEARLY on your website. A popup when you order 2 sizes of the same corset would also be nice, because obviously you're not going to want to keep them both.

Order placement quick but after 10 days shipping tracking code not active. Writing by mail or Message insta no reaction it looks like bad SCAM not trustworthy - since adress of company no where to find nor registration of that business!!!! Ordered one item haven’t received till today!!! Amount over 60.-€

Turns out the one thing they sell they won’t let you return even if you never put it on. Absolute scam will never purchase again.

Items did not fit, I reached out to them the same day I received the order and they declined my return without any explanation.
Horrible company

They sent me an extremely poor quality top passing as a corset. There is no boning in this item made of low quality material. It wasn’t worth the $77 I paid. I didn’t even try it on, and immediately on delivery, I requested a return address as per their 14 day policy. When I didn’t get a response, I filed a case with PayPal to enable me return the item on item. Sure enough, that got them to send me an email; see below verbatim:

“Thank you for reaching out to us regarding your recent return and refund request. After reviewing your case and considering the condition of the product you want to return, we have decided to process your refund.

Due to the relocation of our U.S. warehouse, we are unable to handle returns this month. As a result, we would like to request that you return the items to our factory in China at your own expense.

PayPal closed my case in their favor, enabling these scammers to continue their scams. They are not US based. They advertise heavily on social media and give the illusion that they are, and that they’re reputable. The truth is that they are a scam organization in China defrauding people with their cheap products. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE.

Read all the low rated reviews on here and see the pattern of their scam.

Stay away from these scammers!!!! Terrible quality! They don’t accept returns and wouldn’t even give me their address.

The item was OK, but I tried to return for another size and they said it would have to be shipped to china at my own expense or I can keep it and receive a 20% refund.
Seems like a total scam to me and I wish I had checked the trustpilot reviews before purchasing.

Poor quality, the fabric ripped o eve as soon as I laced it and split open when I sat down. I reached out to the company they offered to "send a replacement" and never followed through. I have pictures of the ripped item. DO NOT BUY from here.
