Dear Benjamin,
I’m truly sorry that we haven’t yet reached a resolution, as our goal has always been to ensure customer satisfaction. However, you have repeatedly left negative reviews and even stated in emails that you intend to continue doing so. Given this, I’d like to take a moment to openly and fairly clarify the situation.
You placed an order for a jammer last May and later informed us that it wasn’t blocking signals effectively. After carefully reviewing the issue with our manufacturer, we confirmed that the device itself was fully functional—the issue was due to stronger signals in your environment, meaning a more powerful model was necessary for optimal performance.
To resolve this, we immediately offered to exchange your unit for a higher-power model at no extra cost. We also kindly asked that you either return the original unit for the exchange or forward it to another customer(as we had already coordinated with them and obtained their consent) However, you refused to return the unit and filed a chargeback, ultimately keeping the product while also receiving a full refund.
Despite this, you still demanded a brand-new replacement for free, without returning the original item. Unfortunately, this is simply not a fair request.
We always prioritize customer satisfaction and have made every effort to reach a reasonable solution. To accommodate you further, we even offered to send a brand-new, upgraded model at only 80% of the cost—without requiring a return. However, you continued to insist on a completely free replacement, using negative reviews as leverage.
As a responsible business, we stand by our fair and ethical approach. Trustpilot is intended to be a platform for honest feedback, helping both buyers and sellers—not a tool to pressure businesses into unfair demands.
We remain fully committed to providing high-quality products, fair solutions, and excellent customer service. We appreciate our customers’ trust and will continue working to ensure a positive experience for all.
Thank you for your understanding.
