I ordered from them initially and on the second order placed days apart they totally messed that up. They sent to another address and I seen it in the shipping they had in their portal. I tried correcting them and stated that it was the wrong address. They said it is being shipped to that address and I would have to get with the POST office to get it corrected. The order sat with created label awaiting items to be shipped for over 2 weeks. I was finally able to get with the post office on the second order as the address they sent to here in my county has no one living there, so I got that corrected. What they sent was not my order at all. It was 16 Foger Vape refills. I contacted them back and they issued me a return label. I said Ill reship it as long as you guarantee the refund. So they responded two days later they agreed. I shipped back and, I got my refund. So I waited a while and said well Ill try again perhaps there was a mix-up or something as in mistakes happen. I ordered some more stuff, they pulled the money and did a label created repeat, (correct address) and it is awaiting items to be shipped. the worst part is they took away my account access at Perfect Vape to see anything other than my order. When I contacted them by email they refuse to answer as to why they gave my account no access and are not shipping my order. now if they send it and it all arrives correctly AMEN I'm done, hopefully I don't have to return and get a refund. Hopefully I receive what they billed me for. Learn from my mistakes. Find somewhere else.

I’ve ordered from them multiple times yes Mabey the deliveries a little slow but there cheap everything I’ve ever bought has come working and checks out when I legit check it just plan out your order so the next one comes when one runs out I was skeptical the first couple times from the other reviews but I don’t get it I’ve never had any problems with them whatsoever I don’t understand everyone’s problem with them

While they did take a little longer to get they did come they were all good vapes and cant beat the price. I understand there is a issue shipping from their location but they have a work around that takes a little more time but they did come and were all great vapes. For the cost its well worth a little wait for me.

If I do ever get my Vapes I will never use this company again I spent over $140 . Over 2 weeks ago and still no vapes and when I emailed them told them I wanted my refund back they wouldn't e-mail are talk to me my Vapes set in LA Nevada for 1 1/12 weeks and now they're in Glendale Illinois and have been there for over a week so yeah never again will I use this company again.

I sent $411 and now they wanted a picture id and I sent that but I can't get an answer about my money or order. In other words, I am out

i do not think they deserve a star , i have never seen anything like this , i have order from them and still no vape it is almost 3 weeks , they should not charge a 10 dollar fee if they are not shipping right away , i had to order from a another company while waiting for perfect vape to send me my order.

I wish I checked here before ordering, it would have saved me the trouble, but shipping slowness aside, my main issue with this company is a complete lack of customer support/ service/ anything. They don’t view you as a customer, but rather a sale/ sucker/ victim. They will not try to please you. You made a purchase, they got paid, you are lucky if you got anything in their mind as they do not care if what they sent you was just nasty and ridiculous, faulty vapes. Customer service says “we don’t compensate for the taste.” What what what?!? That is like a glasses company saying they won’t give you a refund if you can’t see out of their glasses because they don’t compensate for sight. Or an air freshener saying they don’t care how it smells. In fact, what would they compensate for. The return department was different. First they ask for a video of you using the products in question. The next email will say, well we can’t take a return on an opened, used product. YEP. And they can’t tell what it tastes like. Oh. So they would have to listen to what their CUSTOMER SAYS AND BELIEVE THEM?!! This company is a joke and needs to be put out of business. Every aspect and every employee. I told them the Federal Trade Commission says that it is improper business practice to sell faulty products with no option for return or replacement. I believe they said it goes against federal business practices, or whatever. They would have to care. Save yourself the hideousness of this joke of a company and literally order from anyone else. That is the only way to end their evil business practices.

Ordered 4 replacement pods for the new RAZ. Order arrived within the stated shipping window. Many customers complain of slow shipping however their website clearly states 1 to 5 business days handling. Just because an order says "shipped" doesn't mean it's actually moving. It just means that the seller has purchased the shipping label. People see that and think their package is on the way when it is not.

They've had my order for a week and a half and still haven't shipped it. Horrible costomer service. Will never order from them again. This business needs to be shutdown! Horrible people, horrible business!

My own fault for not researching but they’ve been warned by the FDA for selling counterfeit and banned products. When I asked about shipping they gave me a highly unusual and weird answer about Oklahoma laws changing. What is odd is the laws actually in place do not have anything to do with what they said. Told me I could not cancel. Will be refusing the package ( if it ever shows up)not taking the risk.

nothing has been posted recently on this site, i ordered 7 days ago just a pod device and some juice and it said it was shipped 2 days after being ordered, which i haven’t seen many post about it being shipped so fast so kinda suspicious. i’ll edit this post to inform you more about how this delivery happends or if it even happends. i’ll let you know if it’s a scam. (first edit): a day after all it shows in usps is shipping label created and they are still waiting on the package, which is weird because why would they tell me they shipped it if they only created a shipping label doesn’t make sense. i’ll keep updating (end of first edit) (2nd) Yeah so, all they do is create the shipping label for you, then they don’t drop it off to their USPS for days it’s been about a week since they created the label and USPS still has not recieved my package, no company has ever shipped this slow for anything it’s crazy. Just go to a smoke shop and get your shit, not worth the wait, nor the worrying about is my package gonna show up? anyways i’ll give one last update when the package arrives or when it is suposed to arrive. Well guess I should have read reviews before placing my order. My order did not ship out until 5 days after the order was placed. As I now I still have not received the order but I do finally see it was picked up by the USPS and in route. Cheap prices but is it worth the wait? Not so sure. Probably will not order again and I would not recommend.

Took forever to arrive, once I finally got my vapes 3/4 of them malfunctioned and tasted horrible. The worst taste I’ve ever experienced along with an immediate headache and burnt throat. When I emailed them they said I need to prove the vapes were malfunctioning, I went to take a video of them and what do you know they stopped malfunctioning and had the same horrible taste. They denied me a refund or replacement and said “tough luck” I don’t know how the company still operates and hasn’t went bankrupt or sued with this type of operation.

I've been ordering from perfect vape for about 4 years and have never had a problem of any kind. No damaged or non-working devices and no problems with shipping times. I save $10-$15 on every device I order. Since shipping is $10 I have to order enough product to get the savings margin large enough to make it worth while. I do feel bad for the folks that have had a litany of problems. I obviously have not a clue why some folks get such terrible results from this place.

I'd give them ZERO stars if I could. Very long processing time, very slow shipping method (and they only give you one shipping option). And the quality of the products received was terrible. Literally half of the vapes I ordered malfunctioned on the first use. Their return policy is arduous, requiring that you make and upload a video of each vape that malfunctioned. And if you discarded a broken vape you're just out of luck. Order elsewhere!

I ordered from perfect vape, even though I read ALL the negative reviews because they were all on tbe delivery times & yes it took 17 days from when I placed the order till it arrived, I just got my order & I will ABSOLUTELY DEFINITELY WITHOUT A DOUBT!!!! Buy from them again

Yes, shipping is extremely slow. Ordered on 11/28/2025, received my order on 12/17. I tested all 12 disposable vapes I ordered and they all work just fine. I had 1 that had zero power, but after charging, it worked just fine. Considering Geek Bar disposables are around $30/ea at local vape stores ~$15 is great on vapeperfect. You just need to plan ahead. I would buy again. Thanks.

Great Experience—Just Order Early!

I’ve seen some reviews mention slow shipping, but honestly, if you plan ahead, it’s not a problem. They ship the same day you order, which has been my experience. I’ve had no trouble reaching out to them with questions either; they’re responsive and helpful. Just a heads up: shipping delays seem more about the carriers than the company itself. If you order early, you’ll be golden! Never had a issue with their products as well, and I've made several purchases.

People complain to much for no reason now days I’ve been reading the reviews. I just got a 50k puff vape for under $25 and people are complaining about shipping time , stop bein bitchy it’s good vapes for cheap

Irritated to say the least. They have a good selection, but don't send orders or on time! Ordered over $100 dollars worth of products, and I'm now on day 8 with no shipment! I paid extra for priority shipping too. Their website customer service is purposefully confusing. Then they respond that they'll get back to you in two days! Do not order your vapes from them. I sent them an email threatening to report them. Only them did they ship, and it was fast after that. Imagine that...
