Was searching for a cologne (Chic by Carolina Herrera for Men) which has been discontinued by the makers for quite some time. Found quite a few sites selling it but was apprehensive on purchasing it online and its authenticity as I've never bought a cologne online and that too a brand which has been discontinued for a few years. Picked perfume shopping by luck and got what I was looking for shipped to me in 3 days. Even spoke to Sharon at perfume shopping that in case I wasn't satisfied with the cologne or if I didn't think it was an original I would return it back! And Sharon re-assured me that I could and to speak to her if there was a problem. Shall be using perfume shopping a lot more now!

whilst I am very pleased with the product, Worth pour homme, i am not pleased with your delivery.

I received an email the day after purchase advising me to ensure that someone was at home because the item would be delivered between 8am-4pm.

By 4pm nothing arrived so i called the number provided and was assured it would arrive by 7pm. Nothing arrived.

So the next day, another phone call, and was told it would arrive by 12 noon, and it did.

A lot of hassle and time wasted by me could have been avoided had someone bothered to communicate with me to let me know of all these delays instead of making promises and requesting that someone was at home when nothing at all arrived.

So your communications with customers need to be improved.

Placed the order online on a Sunday, was expecting three to four days by normal mail which would have JUST got me out of trouble.....in the end, without charge it arrived by trackable courior on TUESDAY - REALLY OUT OF TROUBLE !! (....and it was a perfume totally not stocked on the High Street ANYWHERE!!)
