I signed up to receive the 25% off my first purchase, but I did not get it, and when I brought that up with your customer service assistant, she was totally unable to help me and then sent me a message saying she hoped she had helped me. It’s a ridiculous annoying System and I feel like you scammed me into purchasing something with an offer that never materialized.

Eileen is always so delightful to talk to, she is knowledgeable and always has the best product recommendations for me.

I really like your products. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because I was charged so much in taxes. Like almost 80 dollars only in taxes alone. It is like I ended paying for a free gift item that I was originally entitled to by buying many products from Pericone's website . Another thing it some products come in very small containers and the price is overly priced for so little content.
