Is Company& its products are totaly rubbish I brought there Blocked Nose Relief & it dose not work os not fit for purpose but trying to get this company to except this is a joke it takes days for there email replies they never answer the phones so iv spent money on a product that is rubbish & don't work & there customer service is crap DONT BUY ANY OF THERE PRODUCT YOU WILL REGEAT IT.

Absolutely appalling. I brought Wartner wart and verruca remover and the product is absolutly useless. Followed all instructions, used for the time advised and it made absolutely no difference. I contacted them directly and gave all information requested and they are refusing to do anything about this situation. Avoid at all costs. This is company that does NOT care about its customers

Took nearly 4 months to reply to my customer success query about their medicines. And after all that time they didn't even answer my question. Just said they would take it into account for future improvements!

I take paracetamol on a regular basic when i run out of the ones get from my gp i will purchase from a store on a number of occasions I have had paracetamol blisters packs that are so hard to open i have to cut them out i did call the company and told them about the problem the advisor said they have had a lot of complaints and they where working on the problem on the 31/10/2004 i purchased about 4 boxes of perrigo blister packs all with the same problem i complaint to the company and sent pictures to show them the paracetamol was broken when i tryed to get them out of the packing they did say they were going to investigate the problem they did come back saying their product go through all these testing and quality control and there finding was everything was okay on there side and that they are child friendly and i was probably opening them from the middle how rude i have worked in quality control before and a few poor quality products as gone through to customers i did tell them i don't know about child proof not even the strongest person in the world could of got them out the ones i get from my gp are always fine perrigo didn't want to admit it that it was their fault discussing i told them i wanted compensation for the packs i purchased they said they needed to see proof of purchase i told them i don't keep receipts for every item i purchased i told them its ok i will leave a bad review on trust pilot and not purchase any paracetamol blisters pack from them again
