I would have given 5 but the sizing is quite off - much bigger than normal, so bit of a palava to return. That said, Perry's were very reasonable about making an exchange for the correct size.

Quality not the best, in particular the long socks and rugby top. Availability has also been hit and miss on many of the items.

Five stars
Five stars. If I could give more stars I would. This company is amazing when it comes to shipping in time. I had no skirt to wear to school and I emailed them and they received the email and immediately sent me a skirt.

Overall a positive experience
Food easily navigated website, delivery service was on point, and friendly return policy, but despite taking into account measurements many of the items were oversized. Some of the items are also overpriced (e.g. a blue standard drawstring nylon bag with no logos or anything to place dirty clothes for 15£; which I find excessive). I wished there were more material choices, a lot is polyester.

The uniforms are fine but I find that the measuring for the size of uniform always off. It would be much easier to order sizes as per the usual ages 7-8 years 9-10years and so on.
Using the measuring calculator I’ve always had odd sizes being delivered.

Poor quality
Poor quality, sizing is huge, out of stock on items but still taken my money and emailed afterwards as not showing out of stock on website
The PE kit material is thin, the mid layer is very thin, the stitching is poor. The logos are not straight, the sizing is huge even after using your ‘guide on line’ and it is all over priced for the low quality. The money is pending on my credit card, so it is showing as a transaction against my balance. I can’t say about the actual uniform as I haven’t received my order yet.

Thank you for taking the time to pass on your feedback. I would like to reassure you that a temporary card authorisation is initiated when you place your order, we do not take payment for items until they are dispatched.
If a size in temporarily out of stock the message (Due shortly – order now) appears on the screen against the sizes listed, at the point of ordering. Once the delivery date is confirmed this is followed up with a delivery update email, so you know when to expect your order to arrive.
I’m sorry to hear that the sizes you received were too large; please contact info@perryuniform.co.uk and we will be able to help you order the right sizes. To help parents receive the right sizes we provide a range of including: online sizing tab for each garment to help you select the size you need; in-school fitting events with one-to-one personal appointments; online intelligent sizing service where we recommend the most suitable sizes back on your child’s body measurements.
Regarding quality it would be helpful to understand which items you are referring to so that we can review this feedback in detail.
