Great experience with Carl when we bought my fiancés car, very professional throughout.

Bought a car sight unseen, for the first time. Spoke to Carl who was very knowledgable and took the time to send me all the information I needed, including service history and comprehensive photos. Spoke a few times about the car and agreed a great price. Carl kindly picked me up from the railway station, and gave me the opportunity to test drive the car before handover. The car was immaculately presented and drove beautifully. Throughout my dealings with Carl i found PMG were very responsive and trustworthy. Looking forward to enjoying the new car, and would absolutely buy from them again.

Really easy, simple and straightforward process - which was all completed in a few minutes. Megan and all the team were really helpful and nobody tried to force things on us we didn't want. The garage caries a great range of cars in a similar bracket so no need to spend hours trawling around a car supermarket looking at things you're not interested in.

I have bought quite a few cars from evesham motors and always had a good experience with the sales team. Meg has always gone above and beyond to help with anything I needed with the car. Highly recommend.

Absolutely shocking customer service!!!! Manager should not be in the position he is. Suggest retraining is required. Complete cowboys, currently going through trading standards to get sorted.

Given my partner's experience with the Mercedes, previously rated, we decided to go to their store on Friday and see if they were an actual retailer or fraudsters. I'll be honest, they have 2 locations, with a few cars in them, nothing flashy, nothing too bad on the outside. This got my hopes up, thinking it proves that they are honest traders. Speaking to one of the employees, they have reluctantly confirmed that there is no definitive answer on when the part for the initial car will arrive but they suggested a different one. My partner agreed that provided we got a good APR through their preferred financing companies, he will take the second car. We have now given them my details: photo of the licence, bank details, email, address and so on. We were told that we would receive a phone-call the following day with the result of the credit request. I have not received any emails from any financing companies. The following day, having received no calls from them, I asked my partner to call and ask about their answer. Being bank holiday weekend, I didn't think much of it when they said the financing company didn't return with an answer.
Today, my partner received a call from them saying that after taking the money from what I believe to now be 2 different financing companies, for 2 different cars, they refuse to sell any of the 2 cars because according to them my partner would use the cars for drag racing or burnouts and return them after the tires were used. They have no basis for their refusal as my partner is a professional driver, with an absolutely clean record and I have only had a parking fine ever since I got my licence. My opinion is that they reached the end of their trail of lies and invented a pathetic excuse not to hand over any car while receiving money twice. I am now in the position where a credit check has been made in my name, a loan has probably been granted by their preferred financing institution and have to pay it back even though I have not received any goods. I have to pay £15 to see which institution has been used and contact them to cancel (if possible) the loan made in my name. This is clearly FRAUDULENT and I will contact trading standards.

having purchased a manual car I realised due to hip problems I needed an automatic having spoken to Matt at Pershore he found me one and even went the extra mile by delivering it on a Saturday night I am delighted with my new car and the professional way Matt and Pershore delt with my problem

Applied for finance with Zopa for a Mercedes E350 cabriolet they had for sale and been approved. I have payed the £99 fee to block the car and I have been called to be told that the car is on its way for a service and MOT. They told me that it failed on a seatbelt tensioner fault and ordered the part for it but don’t know when they will have it to fix the car. It is almost a week now and they don’t call or send an email to let me know. The finance team already sent the money to these guys but I still don’t know if I will have a car or not. Disgusting treatment received when was on the phone as you can’t ask questions. The person that answered kept on talking and talking and just didn’t let me ask anything.
