Good luck purchasing from Pershore motors once they have your money any customer service disappears. 10 weeks after purchasing my car I had an electrical fault, that was 14th November. I still have an electrical fault as it took until 3rd January for them to even book the car in repair only after I agreed to pay any costs above the agreed warranty, it was then that they attempted to order the part required…… guess what…. The part was on back order so here I am paying finance for a faulty car, I’ve had no communication from them since 3rd January…..

So happy to finally have our 7 seater suv! Thanks so much to Josh for looking out for the type of vehicle I was looking for. I loved my kuga that I traded in for the Nissan X-Trail but needed more seats!
Josh has been great and kept me informed during the transition process. Josh is aways quick to respond to message quires etc and sorted any other issues that transpired quickly too. Thanks for the great service once again 👌👍

From the very first enquiry through to the purchase of the car the communication and level of service has been nothing short of excellent, this really has been the best car buying experience. The whole process has been dealt with by Tom, all questions and queries answered in a professional and courteous manner, a true credit to the company. The company really does seem to have the buyers best interests at heart, going the extra mile to make the whole buying process as easy and straight forward as possible, giving the buyer the deal they want.
