ho conosciuto l'agenzia tramite una conoscente che era stata in Perù qualche anno fa; siamo stati 14 gg. l'organizzazione è stata impeccabile, le guide parlavano bene italiano e oltre alla visita guidata , ci hanno dato alcuni consigli sia sui ristoranti che su altri luoghi da visitare. gli orari sono stati sempre rispettati e noi ci siamo trovati molto bene. bellissima vacanza.

Dall’organizzazione pre viaggio fino all’ultimo giorno di vacanza sempre presenti, curato tutto nei minimi dettagli e nulla è andato mai storto.

Since the first contact with Peru InsideOut, I had the feeling that I wasn't dealing with the typical travel agency, but with passionate individuals and a very strong brand. We decided to take this trip just over a month before departure, and Roberto was incredibly kind and available right from the start, ready to answer any questions and adjust the itinerary according to our needs. The wonderful places we visited will stay in our hearts for a long time, and all of this wouldn't have been possible without such precise organization. The hotels were always strategically located, the transfers were punctual and clean, the local guides shared with us so much knowledge and insight that we could have never gained on our own, and there was daily contact with a dedicated person who made sure everything was going smoothly, constantly updating us on schedules and changes - nothing was left to chance. I can only recommend Peru InsideOut, and I can't wait to return to explore these magical territories again.

We had a wonderful experience with Peru Inside Out during our trip in Peru. The organisation was perfect. Always on time with the Pick Up and all the staff was incredible, always ready to help. Well prepared and competent guides all along.

Peru is a wonderful place and the food is awesome and with Peru Inside Out you can travel across it without worries.

Transfers worked smoothly.
When you are visiting Lake Titicaca and/or the Rainbow Mountains, be aware that altitude may impact you. Program in these locations, although partially optional, is quite tight and may not fit everyone.

Magnificent experience with impeccable organization, always present and in contact with us, for advice, travel, doubts, etc.

The experience with Perù inside out was great. The management is super present, following you every step of the way. The organization was great, listening to our suggestions, and helping us finding the most appropriate solution whenever a problem has occurred. I would definitely recommend it.
Ps: if you suffer or think you can suffer with altitude, please be aware it’s not an easy trip, and consider maybe taking an extra day to pass from 2,000 to 5,000 meters.

Peru inside out organised all the details of our trip, we have been followed by Pamela and it could have not been better! The program was organized on a daily basis, all the transfers were included and we were always in contact with the agency via whatsapp. Every time we reached a new location we were welcomed by a Peru Inside Out guide which gave us the main info for our stay. The guides were always punctual and kind! All tickets included in our program were at the best entry time possible! We brought back great memories and we are thankful for the great experience! I truly recommend Peru Inside out for high professionalism, great advices on what to visit and for their outstanding availability.

Il Perù è una terra che sa toglierti il fiato.. in tutti i sensi! Abbiamo scelto questa meta per il nostro viaggio di nozze e non ci siamo per niente pentiti. La multietnicità di Lima, la bellezza semplice di Arequipa, la spiritualità di Cusco e della Valle Sacra, il Machu Picchu (che non ha bisogno di aggettivi), l'immensità delle montagne arcobaleno e la vastità degli spazi, hanno reso il nostro soggiorno indimenticabile. Perù InsideOut ha saputo valorizzare le bellezze del territorio prendendosi sempre cura delle esigenze di noi viaggiatori. La loro presenza, anche se a volte a distanza, è sempre stata costante. C'è sempre stato qualcuno dello staff che ci ha accompagnato in ogni spostamento e che reso tutto molto più semplice e rilassante. Le guide sono preparate (Augustine conosce ogni segreto del Machu Picchu e Jenny sa farti assaporare la profondità della cultura cusquena) e i percorsi spesso sono costruiti ad hoc per ogni personale esigenza e richiesta. Consigliamo questa agenzia per tutti coloro che vogliono visitare il Perù in tutte le sue sfaccettature con la sensazione di sentirsi parte, anche se per pochi giorni, di una grande famiglia.

Io e la mia compagna siamo appena tornati dal nostro viaggio in Perù, organizzato appunto con PeruInsideOut!
Per prima cosa, la disponibilità di Roberto, il titolare, già dai primi contatti, molto gentile e paziente nel modificare i programmi in base alle nostre esigenze... Una volta arrivati a Lima siamo stati accolti da Roberto, cosa non scontata, dove abbiamo fatto una piccola chiaccherata in cui ci ha spiegato bene il programma e consegnato tutti i biglietti necessari. Per tutta la nostra permanenza non abbiamo avuto nessun tipo di preoccupazioni e intoppi, è stato tutto perfetto, anche grazie a Rosa e all'ufficio, che ogni sera ci spiegavano, attraverso una chiamata o un messaggio, per filo e per segno cosa dovevamo fare il giorno successivo... Inoltre, anche tutte le guide e gli autisti si sono rivelati molto professionali e gentili.
Non ci siamo mai sentiti abbandonati, c'è sempre stato qualcuno ad accompagnarci e ad accoglierci ovunque andavamo, è stato tutto perfetto curato nei minimi particolari, il resto lo ha fatto il Paese meraviglio che è il Perù!

Un'agenzia presente, attenta ai dettagli, disponibile: grazie a Peru InsideOut è stato possibile organizzare un viaggio perfetto in Perù, scoprendo ogni angolo di questo Paese meraviglioso. A differenza di altre agenzie, hanno costruito il programma insieme a noi. In loco abbiamo avuto contatti costanti e agenti dedicati a noi, un'attenzione non scontata che mi ha davvero sorpreso.

Una scelta che rifarei altre volte: sicuramente farò affidamento a loro quando tornerò in Sud America.

Very happy to say that we had a great tour with high quality drivers and guides, very good choices of hotels and things to do. They really helped in having a great personalized tour with high complexity (we had to cross borders twice!). Pamela and Roberto also helped us in managing a difficult situation with a flight that ha been canceled even if they weren’t supposed to since their tour was over :) I definitely recommend them to have a safe and flawless trip in Peru or around ( we did Bolivia and Chile too!)

They were always in touch and sent everyday messages to let us know about small changes and also to know if we were doing well (also sent a very helpful doctor when needed in Arequipa)
All the guides and drivers were very nice and professional.

We had never been to Peru and wanted to see all the main highlights in 13 days, so we asked Perú Inside Out to make a whole tour for us.

We have been followed by Pamela and it could have not been better.
The program was organized day by day and in extreme details, all the transfers were included and every time we felt supported and never on our own. Every time we reached a new city we were welcomed by a Peru Inside Out guide which gave us the main tips for our stay. The guides were always punctual and kind.
Tickets included in our program were always at the best entry time and we felt we had a very complete Peru experience.
Hotels were amazing (we asked for an upgrade to 4/5 stars hotels compared to what is usually included in the classic program)

Pamela was available 24/7, even at 2am. She provided lot of useful information before our trip, always did the flight check ins for us, provided us with a Peruvian SIM, but, most importantly, was answering immediately to any questions we could have with lot of enthusiasm.

Overall, good value for money.

We would definitely recommend Pamela and Peru Inside Out and we will ask her support for future trips in Sud America.
