A pleasure to deal with
Our car broke down and we had a hire car from Peter Cooper Kia for a number of months. Colin went out of his way to find a car that would accommodate our needs and kept in touch throughout the time we had the car via email and phone. He was always very pleasant to talk to even though he supported a rival football team ! Over all a very good experience with Colin at Peter Cooper Kia

Brand new car purchase
We have just purchased a brand new polo gti from Peter cooper in Shirley Southampton, we dealt with the same sales representative called Tiernan throughout the process. Tiernan was very helpful explaining each stage of the purchasing process, kept us informed and answered any queries that we had.
Hand over of the car was easy, simple and done in a very professional manner. Tiernan took the time to explain each of the car’s functions making sure that I understood everything before driving the car away.
The branch manager came and had a chat making me feel like a valued customer, he then went onto introduce a team member from the servicing department that we could liaise with for future servicing for the car.
All in all a very professional experience where I was made to feel like a valued customer, I would recommend Tiernan and the rest of the team at Peter Cooper in Shirley for purchasing a Volkswagen.

I’ve just picked up my new Jaecoo J7 PHEV and the whole experience was genuinely excellent. Sam was phenomenal from start to finish — knowledgeable, patient, and never pushy. He took the time to explain everything properly and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. You can tell he actually cares about doing the job right. Avoid this dealership
Took our one year old Golf for a service at Peter Cooper Portsmouth. After the service the car was virtually undriveable because they released some kind of very powerful chemical air freshener aerosol in the footwell. This has filled the car with an overpowering stench of cheap perfume which has permeated every surface in the car and gave my wife a sore throat when she drove it home. The response was that the smell clears in 24 hours and that we could have asked them not to do it (but how could we have known!). We've now been trying to get rid of the smell for four days by leaving the windows open all day and all night, cleaned all the surfaces, vacuuming the whole car etc. I'm not sure that we will ever get the car back the way it was. Needless to say we won't be going back.

New Omoda 5 owner.

My first interaction with this company…
My first interaction with this company was very disappointing. Trying to get a quote for an Xpeng is like squeezing blood out of a stone. Sales personnel not very efficient.
