Unfortunately the Samsung TV I was sent…
Unfortunately the Samsung TV I was sent was damaged. I called Samsung (as it was the weekend)to get some advice and they said that the TV was damaged and suggested that I contact the supplier, Peter Tyson, ASAP. I did that and they arranged for DPD to pick up the TV to be returned. Peter Tyson were very helpful. Unfortunately DPD failed to pick up the damaged TV twice. I contacted Peter Tyson and they arranged for FedEx to pick the TV up, which they did.
I was disappointed that the TV had been damaged either before or during transportation. But Peter Tyson were helpful getting it returned.

Order was dispatched quicker than…
Order was dispatched quicker than expected. On delivery by DPD box had a hole punctured on side but no damage to item luckily. Ordered a fair bit from them and always a good experience and communication.
