At first, the original tag went astray thanks to Royal Mail, or as I jokingly call them, “Royal Fail.” I reached out to the company, and they promptly dispatched a replacement, no questions asked.Their customer service truly stands out! The tags are well-made, with the text exactly as I wanted—clear, perfectly positioned, and centered.

I can confirm the customer service is excellent! I can also confirm the the tags themselves are of good quality and the text is as requested, nice and clear AND centered correctly.
