Definitely Recommend!
I've only gotten 3 shipments, so I'm fairly new, but so far I'm loving Pet Treater! Every month I've felt like the value matched or exceeded the subscription fee, and when I had questions before signing up the customer service team was very prompt and kind! One of my boxes got lost, so they sent a replacement, and when the original was finally found they had me donate it to a shelter instead of sending it back. ❤️ And my dog has loved everything so far!

My dog absolutely loves when he gets…
My dog absolutely loves when he gets his package! He has some allergies but Pettreater is very good about giving him treats with no chicken and no grain. I am very happy with this company and will continue to support them ❤

My puppy absolutely loves it!!!
My puppy absolutely loves getting surprises in the mail each month! We love that the treats are all made of heathy options. The last bag we got, I could barely open before she ripped the toy out of it. The toys have been lasting for a good bit as well with her being only 5 months old. We can't wait for this months 😊

Poor quality toys
I will start with Customer Service was very responsive. So, kudos to them. We ordered the trial box. It took a full month to arrive. Of the three toys included, two had tears in them. They did send me replacements. The third toy tore the first day my pup played with it. So I trashed it. Therefore, I can’t recommend. Of course, this was based on just the one box.

We are also sorry for the delay in shipping, this is not the normal on our shipping, but we do know there have been some shipping delays over the last month or so. Great products and customer service
This is the only subscription service I could find that deliver toys only (I prefer to buy my own treats for my puppy, Nox). I have had 2 deliveries and the toys appear to be of high quality and Nox has loved all of them. They are also size appropriate for my small puppy. I had to contact customer service for receiving duplicate toys (because I signed up for the trial first an it didn't register the toys already received when I started my subscription). My case was handled by Makayla who took charge straight away and arranged for replacement toys. Makayla's rock star service will keep me subscribing.

We Love Pet Treater!!
I've been using Pet Treater since April and love it! For the amount of items that come in the deluxe dog box it is worth the price. You get a variety of treats, toys and a bandana with each box. My dog goes crazy when her box arrives at the front door. She can't wait play with her new toys and taste her new treats. I love this subscription box and would definitely recommend it.

100% Recommend
I only get the treat box from PetTreater because I also get bark box that comes with the toys; But I (and my 2 pups) love it!! For 15$ a month, you CANNOT beat what comes with! I have recommended my friends with dogs as well because I am shocked how much stuff comes in one box for the price! I also like that we get coupons to other treat makers which is a nice way to branch out on brands:)

Not size specific
Cancelling was a breeze.
However I have Chi's. Specifically stated that when enrolling. Both shipments contained treats, scarfs and toys suited for large breeds.
Thinking they're not equipped for small dog items?
I should’ve read the reviews. They aren’t accommodating to small breeds.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. Normally, we have no issues with allotting for small, medium, or large sized breeds of dogs. We are saddened to hear you experienced anything different than this. We hope that you reached out to our customer service department before cancelling about this issue.
We want to assure you and others that we are equipped for all sizes and while sometimes the bandana/toys may run a tad bigger or smaller than we like because the size range of each category, it is not normally a reoccurring situation and rarely have anyone say differently.

So far so good!
I have only received one Pet Treater bag so far because I just signed up. My dog loved it! It came with a great bone/treat, a bandana, a squeaky toy, a bag of treats and a cookie. He is slowly destroying the toy but that is okay. I actually like to get rid of toys and not let them hang around forever. I'm looking forward to our next bag!

PetTreater is GREAT!!!
We just received our first Pet Treater box and LOVE IT!! we decided on the “toys only“ $15 box subscription and it is going to be perfect for my sweet Daisy! She is an almost 1-year-old lab and the toys have really held up to her aggressive playing style! We also loved the cute bandanna that they threw in too!! We have had a Bark Box subscription before and the quality of the PetTreater toys is much better! We look forward to getting another fun box again soon!

I’ve only received one box so far
I’ve only received one box so far. My girl (6 month lab/rot) loved all the treats... (especially the cookie)
I was sad she demolished the plush toy within about 10 minutes, but she had a great 10 minutes doing it! Lol. I’m definitely going to keep my shipments coming for now and check out what’s to come.

Highly recommend-great value
I absolutely love this box! The chew toys are good quality, and my dogs love the treats. I especially like the way you can customize your order for food allergies (one of my dogs can't eat peanut butter). And the price is excellent...$25? Yes please!
