Pet Treater Opiniões 

I loved the first box that I received, but after the first box it seems that Pet Treater (owned by Jammin Butter) has a really horrible business practice of stating that your item has been shipped only for a week or two to pass and their still to be no movement or updates on your shipment or tracking. Moreso, customer service is non existent. I would not recommend unless something changes.

Love everything I received for my mini schnauzer mix in the trial package I received. A summery scarf, gourmet treats, pet friendly cookie and a plush toy which is his new favorite. Will definitely sign up for a monthly subscription

Every item in my box, for dogs, was a hit. My dogs new favorite toy came in the box. The items are USA and Canada made.

I've been subscribing to the $15 box for the past 6 months or so and very happy with it. Most other boxes I've seen are too expensive, I already buy my dog a lot of treats and toys, but it's nice to get a surprise every month, and my dog has enjoyed all the new toys, although some of them are destroyed within a few days. He's always eaten the snacks/treats/cookies that come in the box too and he can be picky sometimes.

Ordered my puppies first box. Took two weeks to get it. Nothing like all the reviews say that was in there. There were two toys and 3 treats. Other reviews say the first box is the best. If this is what the best is, I’m canceling. I wanted to get her a monthly so she would always have fun toys and snacks. Sad

I love Pet Treater box so much. I have 2 Chihuahua's who get super excited once they see that blue box!! Every month it just gets better and better. All their treats and toys are made in America, for $25 you receive 2-3 toys, one big baked cookie in a sealed envelope/pocket. Two bags of treats (mine last the month), one cute bandana for your buddy( I cut mine in half so both my babies wear it) & usually you'll receive and item for you thats pet related, my first month was a cute book-bag with the Silhouette of a German Shepard, the 2nd I received the cutest dog shaped bluetooth speaker. I let them know my dogs are senior's so they make sure we only receive treats and toys that won't hurt their teeth. Customer Service goes above and beyond to accommodate their customers. There are subscriptions that charge $50 for way less quality and items. Give it a try your dog will literally be so happy with you!!

Ordered it and it said it would take 3-8 business days and i didn’t get it until 2 weeks later. When i talked to customer service they told me they were “putting it on the truck” that day i talked to them and that they would send me my tracking information then 3 days later i still hadn’t gotten an email or anything. So I talked to the same person again and they told me they were actually putting it on the truck that day and i would get it in 2 days but i ended up getting it 4 days later. All i got was 2 small toys that were the exact same thing and one thing of treats for my cat, and a pair of socks for me. They had a “suggestion” slot and i asked for a toy or treats that could help with anxiety for my cat and they didn’t send anything? what’s the point in having that option if you’re not going to help? Honestly was not worth the money i spent or the time i wasted on waiting for it to get here.

I wasn't really sure about signing up to receive a Pet Treater box a month because my fur baby is really picky.... but when I received her first box in the mail and opened it where she could see everything, she went nuts! She grabbed each toy and 1 by 1 she took em to her bed and now she wants to sleep with them all the time!!
My picky little fur baby tried the treats that came with the box, and she LOVED em! Thank you Pet Treater, we love your boxes!

I’m only rating 4 stars right now because we’ve only received 1 box! I got the try it out option, as I have 3 dogs with 3 totally different personalities and bark box while popular, just wasn’t doing it. We received our box and it was a hit. All 3 boys were happy, and we love the fact that nothing is from China. I just signed up for the subscription since the try it out box was a hit. Hopefully it stays that way and I will update in the future!

I used to be a customer, but I put my subscription on hold, nothing to do with pet treater just didn't want more than one subsciption a month. I wanted to try barkbox.... Big mistake, at first they seemed like a great company, but no. I have so many unwanted toys, never a problem with pet treater. Everything I got in my packages I used, only a couple of boxes left with barkbox... Ugh... I hate seeing all of the monthly pet treater boxes, and knowing I missed out. Ready to come back to pet treater, and this time I'm going for the deluxe box.

My lab Abbey loves getting her gifts and treats each month. They are always unique and fun!

Now every month the cats know exact what that box is when I bring it in. I've had subscription boxes for my pets before but they never went to crazy over the toys and box until I got this one! I have 7 cats and all 7 of them line up to see what they got in their goodie box for that month. Thanks Pettreatrr! Keep up the great work.

I placed my order with pet treater after reading the amazing reviews they’ve been given. 2 days after the order was placed I received an email saying my order was shipped and provided the necessary info to track it. First day it says not received, which I thought nothing of. Well then a week later it updates and says it was never received in my City. Again I figured not a big deal maybe it missed the last one and because I subscribed it wouldn’t go out until the 10th or 12th or whatever they said. So I wait a couple more days and then contact pet treater. They did respond by like the next day said that it was sent and to give the website 48 hours to update. I wait the 48 hours and another 48 hours and still no update. So at this point I contacted again to ask and was told it hadn’t been sent. Obviously I’m frustrated at this point, why am I being told 2 different things constantly? So I email and I’m like hey look this isn’t working I’ve taken my business elsewhere I do not want this pet treater box any longer, wish ya the best. The next afternoon she emails back and tells me it’s been shipped and to check right away with the tracking to verify it. I checked and yes she sent it out at like 9:30 that morning. I found that to be frustrating and kind of dishonest. But then the package finally did arrive and I feel like they just threw this in not giving a care. They gave me a cloth bandana they cut out of cheap cloth with crazy scissors and it doesn’t even fit my dog 🤦‍♀️, they also send a gingerbread man stuffed toy with the squeaker, that lasted an entire 3 seconds cute while it lasted though, lastly they sent me 2 packs of the same exact dog treats. Like that’s boring. I thought this was a variety box. Not sure maybe it’s just the frustration I had to experience with them but I just feel like my order was sloppily handled. I also feel that I was lied to and that’s just not okay with me. I would not recommend pettreater and I hope this review helps!

For the price, this pet subscription is perfect! My pup loves plush toys and treats but he doesn't go through them very quickly, so I choose Pet Treater's mini dog pack over other subscriptions like Bark Box that are too expensive and give me too much stuff! With Pet Treater, for only $15 I can get usually one toy, a bag of treats and an extra baked snack, plus other surprises that are different every month! This is perfect for my Slade, and by the time the new pack arrives, he is ready for it!

Murphy knew right away when our 1st box came it was for him. He was so excited as I opened the toys, treats & his bandana! He had the biggest smile. He shares treats w/ his pup friends. Thank you Pet Treater. The quality & products are incredible.

After receiving my first Pet treater box I am thoroughly impressed! My toy obsessed pooch loved the toys, and both dogs enjoyed the treats. The box is a great value for the price and the included socks "don't give a sit" are the best!

So glad I found this company to treat my dogs ( and myself) to every month!

Pet Treater boxes are amazing. They have all sorts of items for your pet. From toys to treats and beyond! Would highly recommend for your pet. My cat Jiggy must observe me opening her Pet Treater items and gets all excited!

Really great value

I have a small-ish chiweenie, so he's not tearing through toys or treats. Pet Treater is great because we just need a couple new things every month to shake it up to keep Sal entertained. All the items in the box were great quality and there were more than I was expecting.
