I have been to P.F.Changs twice in the last few weeks at Countryside Mall location in Clearwater. The food was wonderful, nice ambiance also. I had wonderful service by Rachel and on the second visit by Zachary.

When we entered the establishment we were told we had to wait bc there weren’t enough staff. Once seated, the waiter took far too long to take our order and serve our drinks. From beginning to end it took nearly two hours to get our dinner served. For an $85.00 meal for two, we expected better.

I went to P.F changs today our server PAULA was so rude didnt even talk to us reached over the table mulitple times didnt even say excuse me she was waitressing everyone else but us we asked her for a plate and she got it off another table horrible experience she didnt deserve that $41 tip

PF CHANG'S IN SHERMAN OAKS is an AWFUL restaurant. The dinner portions are so small. Very expesive. And if you order "take out", they will be sure to screw up your delivery. Mine was 2 hours late. I WOULD SAY..........N E V E R E V E R..........order from PF CHANG'S IN SHERMAN OAKS

After I posted my review here, the senior restaurant manager, Mrs. Natalie Guignard, emailed me on Feb 2nd, 2026, asking me to contact her (as shown in the screenshot). I replied the very same day, and again on Feb 2nd, 2026.

And do you know what response I received from her?
None.

Let this serve as a warning to all customers and a clear example of how this company handles complaints about its service.

Since they already know the mall will be demolished soon, it seems they simply do not care about addressing the problems that occur, because they won’t be here much longer.

Deeply regrettable!

Excellent food and quick service

I patronize 3 different locations in Houston / Sugar Land areas. I always had a great experience. Ambiance is made for relaxing, even though each one is decorated differently. I now order online a lot more. I always have a nice experience. The part I am disappointed in now is the shrinking value and size of my entrees, appetizers, desserts and rewards points. These just keep getting smaller and smaller, yet the price is doubled or tripled. I use to get their version of bananas foster. Use to be long slices, then cut into a lot of short sliced slices and now down to 4 chunks. Same with my Mongolian Beef, my chicken lettuce wraps, etc. Double the price OR make it smaller, but not both. We are in a city with a huge Asian culture. I even live in the SW China town area. These prices are exorbitant for our city. I didn’t even get my free birthday reward last month. The rewards program use to be great. Points didn’t expire for a year and you could get a free meal after a few visits. Now, there is hardly ANY time to use them before they expire and they aren’t that great either. Please do better. Covid is over. I still love your food and restaurant, but hate when I feel I am being gouged after being such a long time customer… since 1997 in Nashville, Tn!

PF Chang's Park Meadows Colorado: Just came from a family celebration in a deep freeze! 10 family members including 2 children and were seated by take out open door area. Temp outside was in the 20's and snowing...Manager said he turned up the heat ???? Was extremely cold and uncomfortable ..could have closed the sliding door...$300 dollar scant portion bill

Great Lunch at P.F.s - Gulf Coast Town Center - our waitress was Nevaeh - she was excellent. Great service!

Had the pan fried dumplings that were sauced table side excellent touch. Bartender Richard made great recommendations. Loved everything

Today, Nov 11 2025, PF Changs offered a free lunch for Veterans. My wife and I, both retirees, went to their Briargate location in Colorado Springs. The food was great and well appreciated and our server, Trevor, went above and beyond. I just want to let management know how they were greatly appreciated!

Great! We had a lunch delivery at the office yesterday and it was a terrific experience from ordering to delivery! Thanks to Scott! Food was excellent!!!

Scott at P.F. Chang's on West End catered our meeting today. The food was excellent, and I truly appreciated working with him to coordinate the order.

The frozen food under the name "home menu, Mongolian style beef" that you find in the grocery store is really disgusting. It not only has so much sugar it taste like you're eating a very sweet dessert the flavors are also nonexistent beyond the sugar.

I visited P.F. Chang’s London earlier today for a business meeting. Our host, Silky, was outstanding warm, welcoming, and truly an amazing personality. We look forward to returning to P.F. Chang’s because of the wonderful experience Silky created. Please extend our sincere gratitude to her.

I felt for chinese food it was very expensive. The fried rice was very bland and a major rip off for $4.60 extra. They don’t even have pork fried rice on the menu. I would never eat there again.
