Absolute shocker of a company!!!
Firstly ignored all my friends messages, promised a call which never came. My friend gave them the benefit of the doubt.
Delivered 5 hours LATE and very dirty to start off with. Told at 11am it would be a couple of hours, rushed home to organise garden, put money out and extension lead. For them to deliver at 5:30pm and have an attitude about the fact the furniture had been put back.
The person who set it up just threw all my friends garden furniture into next doors garden so he could get past (I explained I put this back as I didn’t think he was coming, he laughed and said he was only joking anyway)
No tests were done on the equipment and after they had left we realised the first speaker did NOT work. They had provided a “flat sound system”.
They then took an hour or two to deliver the second, and that only worked for a short time. We messaged and explained the second one wasn’t working. The owner read our message and didn’t reply. My friend was given excuses like “Sorry - I was putting my kids to bed and fell asleep myself”.
Please see photos of the messages between the owner and my friend. Shocking customer service and actually compares the speaker not working to returning a sandwich to ASDA because it didn't fill you up!?!? You can also see the messages where we was promised someone would come and collect it all and give us a full refund. Then our messages were ignored. The next day, they came, collected it all. NO Refund.
This was my friends party, she was embarrassed as 90% of the time she had no music at her party. I kindly offered to go and speaker as I wanted one anyway, the man then suggested he should buy this off me? Definitely doesn’t solve the issue or slightly compensate us for providing faulty equipment, being ignored and having to go out of our way mid party to get a speaker (something we had already paid for).
It’s no surprise they have a terrible rating on here and have turned OFF their Facebook reviews.
I’ve added their website to Trust pilot (The UK’s largest independent review site) so everyone who Googles them will be able to see all the reviews.
It’s a shame really as several people since have asked where the igloo was rented from, but my friend has warned them to stay away from this company and rightly so.
Very disappointing way to treat a customer.
